    We have this exact bike, wanted to say Thank You! You save me in carb reassembly on the FLOAT BOWL FLOT 21mm measurement. I was WAY off. Then I saw your video, this CT90, fired right up!!!
    The 21 mm correction did the trick.

    Oh, I wanted to mention, I found my 4 mm screw on the circular filter to have the tiny O -ring on the inside. Not on the outside. It seems to make more sense from an install perspective to get a good seal for gas. Great video! Very helpful!

    Nice that the chunk out of carb slide part didn't affect carb function.

      that's what you think.. it seals against the upper rim to the cap. with a chunk that big missing, the carb will have a big air leak through the threads of the cap and forever be running very lean.
