We have this exact bike, wanted to say Thank You! You save me in carb reassembly on the FLOAT BOWL FLOT 21mm measurement. I was WAY off. Then I saw your video, this CT90, fired right up!!! The 21 mm correction did the trick. Thank again!
Oh, I wanted to mention, I found my 4 mm screw on the circular filter to have the tiny O -ring on the inside. Not on the outside. It seems to make more sense from an install perspective to get a good seal for gas. Great video! Very helpful!
that's what you think.. it seals against the upper rim to the cap. with a chunk that big missing, the carb will have a big air leak through the threads of the cap and forever be running very lean.
