The staging for Yoko's birthday when Faye's is on the screen is amazing and cinematic. That had to be done by Faye to put Yoko center stage as the most important person.

But it’s not a typical or ordinary job like you do accounting, teacher, computer, waiter and etc. The job they do is somehow involves physical and emotional connection. And the way they are doing it is over the top. To the point that it doesn’t look like an act. It’s natural, the connection, the comfortability of showing how people who’s in relationships behaves on camera or no camera make them look real. But no one knows than them and the people around them.
And if they are not, they’re the best of what they do.
@@LeslieG0110 Typically, ships are acting jobs like any other job that does not involve any kind of a connection other than what two actors might have which is usually nothing. The vast majority of GL ships in existence, I track all the ones I can in southeast asia, are made up of two straight women. This is true because just like the population in general, most actresses are straight. Neither of those things are true for Faye and Yoko. They have made it very clear that they are in fact together as a couple. They are one of only three GL ships that happen to contain a real couple out of at least 100. It is very rare. For some reason it is becoming less rare. I think this is because the studios are looking for people who have real life experience in having relationships with women in order to have the part be more real. Since the ships are then not made up of two straight women, we have more and more real couples forming.
ps. Ling just announced today that she and Orm are dating. That is another ship that is likely to contain a real couple. I like to get at least 3 confirmations of them confirming that before I move them to real status though, so I still have them listed as imaginary ship.
