Nami Motor bearing disassemble and assemble

There are total three bearing model used in the nami scooters
the first gen of the burn e with old motor cover use 6003 on both sides
The motor cover like in the video use 6203 on the disc side, and 6204 on the cable side,
and it is same for burn e, blast and klima
For the seal, the spec is TC 20*28*5 in the cable side, and TC 17*25*5 in the disc side

On my channel, I showed how I lowered the carbon fiber stem on my viper by 1.75 inches. Paul Somerville from ESG did a set up guide for the viper. Have you ever seen it or do you have an opinion about what he said about adjusting the spring rates for the best performance?
