proficiency is also just icing on the cake, just never use the bala barrage variant as it gives less stun
Actually, proficiency is detrimental to this method. The enhanced attacks don't do much in boss raids, especially since cero oscuras is your only way to get charges back in the boss raid dimension. It's much better to have a vasto variant with hierro. If I didn't have proficiency, I would easily be able to solo unohana but since I have proficiency I have to get lucky with her not using her ragdoll too much

Stark X C is also awesome for this. There's literally no way you miss X, it's the most free damage you can get without having a chance for boss to parry it and start comboing, and if you faint it you can always hit cero scourge or bala burner. Salvo after Scourge is also true, and if you're low you can always stark X > cero scourge > cero salvo > cero cyclone (or other ranged moves to stall the boss) and get away without the boss cheesing you. If you have proficiency this build turns into a boss farm machine. Literally 4 minutes is enough to solo any boss

Another great method is fighting fear, fear is by far one of the weakest bosses. Just keep your distance and you should be fine.

There is a issue with this tho you have to let the boss hit you sometimes to stay in combat

Happens if you take too long and are not aggresive enough, also happens if you out his range for too long, its why i dip in and out

When you're out of combat boss bugs. Halfway the fight let yourself get hit like once or block any attack and u should be fine. Getting out of combat in boss raids takes a long time anyway so this should be fine.

Also there is no passive hp regen inside boss arena so get at least 5 healing to Regenerate at the edge of the map
