  • In this video I show you how to make an end grain tomahawk and knife throwing target for under $50. The materials for this video are 8 2x4x8's 1 2x2x8 two hinges (optional) one handle (optional) and some screws.

    This is the most thought through mobile stand I've seen on you tube. It's easily adaptable for end grain or log rounds. It's great to see young people being encouraged to make things with their own hands. Great job.

    I just finished my end-grain target and was irritated how long it took to cut all the 4x4 pieces to length. I am an engineer and come up with some really cool ideas and designs but it completely skipped my mind to clamp in a stop for the saw so I could just slide and cut. lol Great video!

    If your doing a 3.5 in length end grain pieces, how does that fit into a 2x4 frame?? Are they actually 4in in length. TYA

      In case you are serious…. 2X4’s start out
      2 inch’s by 4 inch’s. They they planed down till they are smooth.
