After their performance, literally knew they are scoring the first place. Their concept was so mindblowing and so unique, something we have never seen before and from the minute till the results, I was 110% sure they are winning this competition. And so they did.
I can't stop watching this. Over and over. It's like an entire opera or broadway show in 4 minutes. Gripping, emotional and so stuningly powerful. Poynton is a gift. Thank you for this uncut balcony pov. Just perfect.
This was mind blowing, I think I didn’t felt like this about a dance set since Orphans by Choreo Cookies. I can’t stop thinking about it since sunday, I just know I’ll be watching this forever!

3:50 - 4:03 god this particular moment resonates with me more than the rest, and that performer delivered it with unparalleled intensity: that suffocating feeling of being stuck, the voices in your head a constant cacophony, the war against your own self always leaving you ragged and bruised, and yet still, you stand back up and struggle to keep looking to the light. i cant remember the last time a performance had left me with such an emotional impression but let me tell you, the immensity of the emotion i felt from watching this translated into goosebumps, clammy hands, tears, and a heart beating so hard it felt like it would burst out of my chest. this choreography... just simply phenomenal.
other favourite parts based on my interpretation: 1:50 - feeling of being abandoned and alone, 'why do i break everything i touch?' 1:53 - feeling like you've ran a mile only to find out you're right where you started, stuck in the past and its memories and never moving forward 3:01 - the path to rectification is not without struggle, each step sounds especially loud and the weight of it heavier when you're alone 3:37 - a seed can only grow so much as the environment it's in, the same goes for people. i think the narrative is a general statement to mental health but i feel as though it's leaning more towards how rehab and recovering from addiction must feel like. nevertheless, the narrative is gripping.
These dance crews impress me annually. "I Wont Complain" was when I fell in love with with Chibi Unity's style. This is truly amazing and the reason I love this form of art. Wow 🤯🤯🤯
For me, this means so much more than just a performance. In my opinion, the hoodie represents our problems, our demons, our difficulties. There is always one person who is different from the others, just like us, all of us feel like a outsider sometimes. Then in the end when you overcome your fears and obstacles, you find yourself, then you finally find your place, your community, your people. I felt so understood❤️
I am on a Chibi Unity HIGH after seeing them on AGT!!! This performance is absolutely stellar, making me feel adrenaline just through their dance and storytelling!
As a lifelong dancer, this has me absolutely speechless. Wonderful performance, by any metric. People are talking about the hoodie pile trick. That was cool, but what really had me going was the moment the metal got going and pure chaos broke out at 1:25. What a DROP! The other thing that stands out to me is the... "genderlessness" of the piece. Most crews bring out the girl crews and the boy crews and they have their own bits. Everyone holds their own here. They are all DANCERS, all delivering the same energy and technique. It's a wonderful statement to put them all in baggy hoodies and obscure gender, then we have a reveal in the second half: there are indeed boys and girls here, but they keep up the mixed choreo and everyone kicks ass together.
I was in the audience and the amount of excitement was deafening. Not a single person wasn't blowing up at that exact moment. The energy of the whole audience was incredible. I won't ever forget the feeling. There was so much hype, not just for Chibi Unity, but for all the contestants. It was amazing. I'd been to a few before but this year absolutely blew it apart. The only other one that came close was when Brotherhood did their dating game performance.
I was near the front and the crowd was going insane! Everyone stood up screaming at the end. You can see their intensity up close, one of the best performances I've had to the fortune to witness live!
I'm a fan of dance but haven't been watching these videos as much as I used to. I came across this video and I don't know how to explain, but this is inspiring. I can't dance so not in a way that makes me want to create choreography; it just makes me want to create. Been watching this over and over again while jotting down ideas of a business I want to create. There are people out there who get it. Maybe this idea may come to be. Maybe it will work and maybe we can connect. This was amazing.
Soaking up other performances after seeing them on AGT where they were perfection incarcerate. The song and dance are sublimely fussed together in an artistic vision that is even greater than the sum of it's parts.

I've been watching this a thousand times and I must say: the one who choreographed this dance is such a genius! This is a masterpiece that pulls on my heart strings, give me goosebumps and eyegasms that I can't stop watching it!
I got goosebumps when I saw this the first time when the girl rose up. It reminded me of the last scene of the movie SAW. Since then, I watched this a hundred times and still can’t figure out when and how she got under the pile of clothes.
This group is amazing and it's incredible how together they are...but their ability to paint the floor with extreme contrast of movement is legendary...
Just looked up this video after seeing the AGT audition. Glad I did because the one on AGT is like a condensed rehearsal compared to this one. Can't wait to see more of them during the live shows.
As many, found them through AGT but god that show with its comercial cam work doesnt make any justice for dance groups. Even tho theres no close ups this way is far more enjoyable and u get to see everything that is going on, well after few times rewatching of course because theres so much going on for Chibi Unity performances lol Just outstanding in every way. But definitely felt like they had to cut some parts to fit in AGT. AGT sure meant a lot, mostly for exposure, but tbh ive enjoyed way more this one. So damn powerful.

The hoodie represents the bad thoughts, negative emotions (maybe about love, break, or something else), which holds you down and you keep get messed up by them, then there is the part when there are two groups and it represents when you want to do what your hearts says but your brain says differently and you’re fighting that then finally when you overcome your bad thoughts you get to have the freedom
This truly deserves more views. It's one of the best dance choreographies I've ever seen in the last twenty years - the creative sequences, props used, song selection. It has so many different elements that just make older dances look linear in their formations and gangster/booty shaking songs that offer nothing else. Can't wait to see more of them
did anyone else notice at 2:17 someone in the back line slips and almost falls but a team member pulls them back up in time to catch back on time like nothing even happened WTFFFF
