Y'all heard of Girl & Boy math.... But let's talk about Dramaland math..... Even in Dramaland there is 9 MONTHS before a baby is born.... These shows like to write about a woman coming back after 5 years of being missing with children but they never include the pregnancy time. She ran off before she gave birth which means she's been missing for 6 years not 5.... Those children are not 4. I don't care how smart you're making those children, they are not 4 years old. Also there is no way in 4 or 5 years that she became this infamous doctor that everybody searching for.
This doesn't bother me as much as these tiny women having litters of children and keeping their figures.

I can't find the logic in the behavior of the female protagonist.
