I am getting the following error for a claim
1) pension service zero
2) fathers name differs
As you said in case of fathers name try resolving first error how to proceed regarding pension service zero error

Sar Mera purani company present company mein transfer kar raha hun lekin reject field office 1) reason yahi hai ki. Withdrawal benefit already taken In 1/2023
2) reason already settlement
Hi Sir,
I have done the same process from my ex-employer who submitted manually filled offline form 13 on behalf of me to PF office on 2nd Feb because some amount still reflecting on old PF A/c and some backed dated PF arrear credited by my ex- employer on same PF A/c but as previously it was already settled and through only i raised transferred request 2-4 but rejected by PF office stating that its already settled. So, the manual offline filled form 13 submitted by my ex employer on 2nd feb'2024 but still the amount not transferred to my current pf account by PF office
Now all the options done from my end
1. Online transferred requests raised 2-3 times but rejected stating ' already settled'.
2. Manual offline form 13 submitted almost 3 months completed but amount not transferred yet. I have acknowledgment of the offline form 13 submitted to PF office.
Now please let me know what i will do should i file grievances but i think no use as they are not taking any request seriously very disappointed and pathetic service from PF office and mental harassment.
Please advise next step.

Sir meine 13th march 2024 ko pf amount transfer ke liye apply kia tha. Purani company se naye company mein transfer ke liye. Aj mujhe message aya ke transfer claim rejected by field office. Reason ye likha hai ke "Pdf not uploaded properly. Resubmit the claim with proper uploading pdf". Sir ye konsa pdf hai? Online transfer main toh kahi bhi pdf upload karne ka option hi nahi hai. Please help sir.
