Curious is their album, if they'll do poppin as the title track, it would be abit weird since their concept is in between rock and dark, something like that. While poppin' is good as a b-side, it's still not powerful as curious one.

I think it's not F&F practice room. It's PROHOBBY Ent. According to their site it can be rent so I'm not sure if F&f co-owned/partner or just renting the place. But I do think it's the latter.
