The seniors on this team are incredible. D. Taylor talking to Shamburger after the penalty where most players would have lost their head. You have Jennings and Callaway making plays on and off the field and Bituli and Taylor who light the fire on defense. It will be sad to see these guys progress and move on, but they have really helped create a platform that this program can use moving forward.
Anybody who thinks that jeremy pruitt can not coach a team this year shows them because we start off 1-5 and have not lost a game since then next year i say we go 9-3
I think that's reasonable prediction. Assuming JG forgives this fanbase and comes bk for his first season in the same offense for consecutive years. While I'm just as excited for harrison bailey I follow everything he does I'm not foolish enough to think Mauer, jt shrout or hb5 Can contribute like a 5th yr senior w 2 years experience in this offense.

Just a reminder if you attended the last home game against Vanderbilt. After every single one of our starting players was announced by our announcer, the entire Vanderbilt band, led by their drum major, would shout "SUCKS." We were sitting right beside the band and this really pissed me off as being totally classless and juvenile. I wanted to win that game so bad so I could say, "Who sucks now?" If they do it this year, right after the announce calls out one of our players, everyone should shout, "VANDERBILT," and let the pricks yell, " SUCKS." See how long they continue to be total azzwipes.

@@lisaholly4494 I went to UT for undergrad and grad school. Been going to Vols football games since I was 5-years old. I can't tell you how many times I've been in Neyland Stadium. I bleed Orange. And I don't think it's that illogical of a statement to say that Jarrett Guarantano is not a good college quarterback. He can't read defenses, his passing is inaccurate, he can't judge distance on passes 20+ yards, he can't check off to his second/third man, and (most importantly) he telegraphs his passes by staring down his targeted receiver. His stats are not good, and we have two good QBs (and arguably one great QB) waiting in the wing. That should justify my first and second sentences. You stupid b*tch.

Or I can look at NCAA QB rankings that have him at 36 in FBS going into his senior season. That does not match the caliber of the rest of the team, nor does it match the caliber of a school that has 100k+ fans at every game. The QB rankings said this..."Accuracy is a massive issue with Guarantano - in terms of accuracy rate, he actually ranks last among FBS quarterbacks with at least 160 pass attempts that traveled 10 or more yards since 2018." Does that sound like a good QB?
