@trexinvert unfortunately, since I was the last on the billing, i went first but hey, it's still having a show and being able to expose my music! I'm trying to look for places that don't require the whole "pay for play" thing - it gets too expensive after a while
@ragem0re Yikes! Pay to play. I thought that scam was done with. That sh#t was happening on sunset boulevard during the late 80's. Nothing but rich kid garage bands. Sad to hear it's still going on. I think it's time you seriously recruit some out of work marketing graduate to help with bookings. They should be able to hustle up some cool venues like that are welcoming/willing to have you for free or even pay you. Good luck.
