VanquishElite You can definitely still destroy your FPS even on a 1070 GTX with the right build. Any time I open a breach with my cast on ignite build makes my computer cry tears of agony. If I take off my Fire Burst weapon it's way more manageable but still drops below 60fps consistantly. Keeping the weapon on makes it go sub 30fps with enough mobs.
its not even a hh, if you look at his buffs he never gets more then the ones given to him by his flasks, it's just a cwdt tbuild linked with a belt that damages you when u use skills, throw a movement skill on to it, and u spam the screen with shit just by moving, ort in the case of flicker strike, attacking.. the HH is a skin transfer to disguise it.
The new system in 3.0 that handles fps drop will it make it so you do not lag. Itll continually make your game look like more n more shit as it detects fps drops to compensate.

ah, i had a very similar build. untill they killed damage taken gained as mana.. i thought scolds is absolutely dead now, but it seems like you found a way to get the mana through the instaleech from acuitys, noice. whats your critchance? and also how do you generate your frenzies?

FinnickMobile I play at 144 fps and am not bummed. Sure it drops to 60 fps, but 60 fps is still light years better than crashing entirely and logging back into lost xp or worse for HC players.
I have copied his build on my shadow. pretty much the same items. Exact same gems... But it wont even clear a T1 map with a shadow. I am out of mana & life after about 4 or 5 flicker strikes. I think you need all the leech from the Beserker acendancy tree :(

It's a HH. It's that 20 second Fire-like symbol. The only way to get that buff icon is from HH or prophecy.

Jayxe Dynamic resolution only goes till 60fps though. People who want to play at 120 or 144 are still bummed
