This is giving me the feelings of if the roots of the tree of life were also a part of the voidlands, the image in the back representing what it would look like, showing a proper connection of life and death.
The atmosphere in here is so BEAUTIFUL! You have to secretly be the composer for the actual game at this point; I'm convniced!!! I love how crystal clear and clean the instruments are 😭
This is breathtakin... It gives me a lot of mental imagery, and what the characters must be feelin at this point in the story. I'd love to see an EoS soundfont or Rescue Team soundfont, like you did for the first part of the final dungeon's theme!
This is by far my fav song you have made PMD Tree and Ori and Will of the Wisps feeling. Love the sad and desperation in the song perfect for a final boss encounter
Oh my god this is actually perfect. I’m running a Pokémon tabletop game where the main region is an artificial one, and I needed some music to accompany the main villain’s monologue for the tragic backstory behind the region’s creation but also their own backstory… This track is the perfect level of sorrowful but also hauntingly beautiful!
@@danirbumusicwell I mean the atmosphere is perfect, and it has a noticeable melody but it’s not loud enough that it wouldn’t overpower a scene with a villain monologue or character dialogue spoken out loud. It’s made to be accompanying music, and I say that in the best way possible!
Its a song that feels very sad, which I think very well goes against the similarity to Tol trunk. Final dungeon themes usually can feel tense, or melancholic to match the feelings of the game itself. Temporal spire feeling foreboding as the clock keeps ticking towards doom. Trunk giving off the vibes of exploring a dead husk of a world fading away. Rotting core like the name gives off something that in the story, the heroes would be experiencing something of great importance or a once vibrant vista decaying. Much like the tree. While i would say Trunk is almost horror like, the unknowable visage of dark matter, a force much beyond your comprehension. Whatever awaits at the bottom of this rotting husk, the heroes either regret facing. Or even whatever is causing this is doing this because of great sadness.
I feel as if with the name of the song, the description going with this, and the tone in the actual song itself makes it seem like this Mystery Dungeon isn't really a Mystery Dungeon but a being in it of itself. And if the Pokémon Inside of this "Dungeon" really are Pokémon or just entities made this thing we call a Dungeon. Whether if its just your own mind playing tricks or just the actual "Dungeon" messing with your head. After a while, it gets more distorted, rather if its the player/main character, your partner, or the "dungeon" itself making these illusions of your past, your family, your friends, and the ones you care/cared about. Upon reaching the end, you only feel a sense of sorrow, as this "thing" talks about its past and the reason behind of why Mystery Dungeons exist as a whole, and once the truth opens up... You fight those you face in your past, the things that led the player to this very moment, bringing a sense of dread to the actual player, but confusion to the Main Character and Partner, who take this as a test for Willpower, Strength, Courage, and Bravery. After defeating this thing, the corruption halts and retreats, undoing everything it has done, leaving the Main Character and Partner Victorious, but leaving you the player confused, and disturbed. Sorry if this was a rant, This is how I felt and think this is what the song and dungeon would be in my eyes.
I love this it’s beautiful! Your music is so good they really do sound like they are from the actual games!! I love how it’s clearly inspired by tree of life trunk which is my favorite piece of music in general. It’s rare to actually find tree of life trunk remixes or something inspired by it it’s always the roots theme. I like both themes but I like the trunk theme way more.
Just discovered your channel, might use some of your music for a pokemon tabletop campaign. Perhaps I'll use this song for the "Depths" of the hall of origin. As the party sees that reality itself falling apart at the seams. As they approach the chamber where Arceus resides in the Hall Of Origin.
1:08 why did the heart stop beating..? WHY DID THE HEART STOP BEATING!? That's actually a really cool effect to add to this this final dungeon inspired piece it kind of reminds me of how in temporal spire there is the sound of a clock ticking. the heart beating is even cooler since at about 2:17 there is this little percussion line that sounds like the heart starts beating again but its very faint and almost muffled. There is also a lot of time between the beats of this percussion making you feel like this "heart" doesn't have much time left but it is still barely and desperately clinging onto life. Like it can still be saved if you hurry through this last stretch. It reminds you that there is probably something on the line while you move through this final dungeon. sorry if this comment is a little basic, its really just me pointing out and fixating on a detail I noticed. Its just that I really like reading when others do it so I thought I would try my own shot at it. Anyway thanks for reading my ramblings have a good day!
Well, that was a nice analysis lmaooo the heart stopping was on purpose, yeah, I wanted this song to feel really weird and desperate, so I'm also really proud of it c: And thank you so much!! I don't think it was a basic comment, I really appreciate when people take the time to write stuff like this on my videos! ^^

Thank you! Though it might be hard to recreate this in a soundfont 😅
@ Oof, I hear ya
I love the ambient you built here. It really builds the suspense yet calm. I really like it!
Aaaaa thank you dude!! I guess I wanted to try something new, I like how it turned out :)
This is by far my fav song you have made PMD Tree and Ori and Will of the Wisps feeling. Love the sad and desperation in the song perfect for a final boss encounter
Asdfgh thank you!! If it sounds like Ori as well, then that's a good thing since I love Ori c:

Don't worry, I think this is a very interesting way to see it ^^
I love the feeling it gives, it really fits as if you were reaching the last living part of the tree, in desperate need of saving. The last hope.
Yeeee I wanted to finally make something that sounded sad and hopeless than the usual cheerfulness I do lmao
Thank you so much ^^
Very nice work ❤ I love what you do 😊😊
Thank you! I'm glad that you like it :')
Awesome job with this! You absolutely nailed the atmosphere!

Yeah, that song is really underrated, like the whole PSMD soundtrack in general. Thank you so much btw ^^

Go ahead, you can use this in any way you want! Just, in case this was used in some kind of project, remember to credit me!
@danirbumusic I share my screen whenever I play music in my campaigns so it'll literally show them this page when I play the music.
Really love the ethereal atmosphere remind me of made in abyss
thanks! ^^
