It is college's responsibility to give degree certificate they can't deny it. If you want to apply for gks original degree is important

Actually i wanted to ask because of my fathers transfer i have been changing schools for a while and the recommender is supposed to know me but me having the introvert personality and changing schools hasn't really helped well !! Who do u suggest to write the letter of recommendation with?!! Ive barely stayed for 2 years in a school....ive been changing every 2 years please reply itll be helpful 🥲🥲
