Can you shoot those regular training bows with that 90lb limb?

Yes, training aluminum arrows can be shot, especially from the Steambow brand. I do not recommend cheap plastic arrows that break at 90 lb and can damage the crossbow. For strength greater than 90lb I recommend carbon arrows.
