We have used EZ Cruise parking a few times until we found out about the Lighthouse Cruise Parking, it’s the Best in Galveston! Great cruise video, we have cruised on the Liberty 5 times cuz it’s been in Galveston for so many years, glad to see the Allure coming this year.

YES!!! Very common in Texas to suddenly get a cold front. Most the time, the weather is amazing, but be prepared for a cold front pushing down from the north. It happens like twice a winter but it does happen.
🥶 I'm with you that wind/cold is no bueno. Be honest you did the night aesthetic on a warmer night and just said it was the first night 😜 that's what I would have done 😁. Can't wait for the rest.
I agree with you guys, after our cruise on Independence of the Seas we both commented you know we should have just ate at the wind jammer more at night for the very reasons you mentioned.

We typically drop our luggage off at the drop off area and then someone waits with the carry-on items while the car is parked off site. You need to know about the cruise port a bit in advance but it makes it easier to take advantage of the off site parking.
Ditto, we always park at Easy and I wait at the door, we check our luggage first, then he walks over. Sometimes we have time for a latte at Starbucks across the highway.

Have used that parking before 2x they are nice but sometimes the shuttle gets overwhelmed and it's a bit of a wait compared to port parking. Taking my daughter on Liberty this summer for her 18th with 4 stops should be a BLAST. Love your videos keep them coming.
When we were on Anthem on the first night the ship was rocking all night long and the hangers were clanking so much my wife got up in the middle of the night and grabbed all of them and put them on the floor. I sleep like a log so didn't bug me.

holy cow, the parking you paid is way too high... I sailed just a few weeks ago and it was around $64 using parking lot A and they had shuttles. So sorry you had to walk in the cold to the ship.
