It is, by it's very conceptual nature, more than we can experience with just machines and wit. The allure of faerie song that reaches deeper than mortal ken to sing to your very soul. The wonder of glades that hold a true magic to balm away all ailments physical, mental, or emotional. These are the tales we seek to dream of because they can't be reached by efforts of science and advancement. Magic represents the impossible logic of dreams. And in a world where many feel their wonder crushed under bleak realism, those dreams are cherished.

Your music brings me back to when I thought of my life as Alice and wonderland. Where my life was gorgeous in my eyes but just to good to be true a lullaby I forced myself to live through. But it somehow brings back all the fun I had, all the times I danced barefoot in a flower field until dawn. It restores the memories that seemed so foggy and untrue and turns them into the peaceful daydream they once where...even if the flower field was a old forest that always fogged up at night it seems so much brighter now. Wow, this lullaby is amazing... I remember watching the Faun's Labirinth movie as a kid and just wondering why that cute melody stayed in my head for weeks later. Lovely as always, you're truly a fantasy creature :)
In 2013, after seeing the movie(owned it on DvD even), I named my precious puppy Ophelia in a bittersweet ode to the main character Ofelia. I got her at 24 from a relative, and I bet some are confused as to why I chose such a tragic protagonist for my pup to honor. The context stemmed from life's unexpected twists, turns, grief, and losses back then. I'd just lost a cousin via car crash, a year later- my best friend had a stroke at 24 and lost his life as well. 2 yrs later (when Ophelia was 3 or 4) we sadly bid farewell to my father- one of the most selfless/hard-working human beings I ever knew. He passed away due to a complication involving his blood pressure meds after successful cancer treatment. Given that nightmarish maelstrom of grief: I resolved to let this beautiful little pup become my muse, and give life a fond purpose. Her unconditional love, excitement, and adorable forms of canine affection have been something special to help my mental health in reciprocity of me spoiling her😊. Truth is, that our pets enjoy a comparatively short time on earth, and so I expect Ill find comfort when it's her time to think of the movie's theme of said Princess returning home & waiting for my time to rejoin her in a beautiful realm of gilded imagination 🥹. Especially due to the often difficult journey of my own 'wartorn' psyche in the face of grief etc that my "Ophi" has gladly walked with me every step. 🐕🐾
