The actress Holly Hunter did this...she was so normal when she started in films and she was great, but warped into a side mouth talk and kind of a swish in the side pocket of her mouth when she spoke her words. Bill cosby was another one that developed stupid faces, his pudding face and other affectations that just didn't look good.
Go look at Amber sometime when she is standing in front of cameras taking pictures of her, there are some of her with JD and she primps and holds her head up like she's "all that and more" I can find nothing redeeming about her...certainly not her acting. The ones I named are A list and beyond that. Real actors do interviews to promote the projects they are involved in ,not themselves. It is not science, you get used to it eventually.
