Ah, I didn't realise that was a French thing! I did ask for it to be medium rare, as I usually prefer it slightly pink, but what I got was VERY rare (I'd maybe even call it blue). Good to know for the future!
Tonnerre 2 Zeus is one of the roughest coasters I’ve ever been on. I rode it in the morning and still had a headache till the next day. I was going to ride Goudurix, but knew that would only worsen it. It quite frankly RUINED my day. It was a great thing that I had been before
i agree that T2Z was very rough but I didn't have much of a headache afterwards. I was just disappointed because i couldn't feel the airtime offer all the jackhammering (but I should try riding it in the back next time i go). i wasn't going to ride gouderix anyway cause I'd heard how rough it was
As a ride operator myself, that could not be less true. Vertical ejection is not the only risk that loose items pose. Laterals exist, and Goudurix has plenty of them. But also, at speeds in excess of 90 km/h in the case of Goudurix, loose items that aren't ejected but are also not secured run the risk of making contact with other riders on the train, potentially causing serious injury. A lesser but also potentially serious concern is loose items coming into contact with moving parts such as wheel assemblies or lift motors, which could cause potentially expensive damage to those components. There's a very good reason that this policy is not practiced in ANY of the other 50+ theme parks I've visited. I'm not sure why Parc Asterix would even take the risk of opening themselves up to litigation like this.
@@MaloneysCoasters to be fair, Disney has the same policy on their Vekoma loopers (Paris’s Space Mountain and Rock’n’Rollercoaster/Flight Force ). And considering how cramped those Vekoma trains are I never felt it was an issue to ride with your belongings. I have ridden Goudurix and T2Z with a leg passed through a strap of my backpack at my feet and not once did it feel like it would fly away. I have also never witnessed or even heard about someone losing a bag or anything like that on those rides.
when I rode tonnerre 2 zeus in june we had to take our loose items on with us, thankfully I only had a small bag and nothing else, and I just looped the strap of the bag round my legs, and even with all the airtime it still wasn't a problem
Obelix gave you a shoulder massage 😄 that is awesome lol
He really just put that in the video and didn't even acknowledge it lmao
11:35 hehe, first time in France?
Their style of barely cooking steak is very famous and contentious to visitors.

Goudurix would of put you in Hospital if Tonnerre 2 zeus did that to you
@@PGAC22 I rode Goudurix in 2023 and thought it was tolerable.

waiting for paris' landmark theme park baguette world
If there is no airtime, it is no problem bringing your loose articles with you
