He has had some successes but hes had more failures so I think it's a gamble and if he comes it's going to be an expensive gamble. I hope it pays off.. Not sure about this "Golden generation" Doing well in the unders is one thing but it's a big step up playing in the championship.
Just an expression in fairness but there is alot of quality coming through atm and club has to give them opportunities to see if they are ready IMHO. Cameron Jerome, Earnie neither was deemed ready when they made debuts and both did alright. Bilic isn't my choice TBH but out of the choices out there, knowing Mowbray is out and Schumacher isn't fancied by board I feel like he probably ticks most boxes. Still think a better option would have been Riza with some quality coaching staff such as bringing in McPhail and Barry-Murphy to work alongside him and Purse. But it's all opinions ofc.
One thing in favour of Bilic he might be able to attract some quality players to the club. I'm not totally against it, but it is a bit of a gamble. We all want the club to move forward 😊

Absolutely we've been crying out for that for years now. But successful business people like Vincent Tan have huge egos and they just can't be told what needs to be done so it's not going to happen sadly, he's just too stubborn and yes he's running the club into the ground. I can't see a buyer coming in with an offer that Tan will accept. So let's just hope if Bilic comes in he can work a miracle! The fans deserve so much better than this!
