In my view, a single player in a squad can make all the difference. You won’t achieve perfection and it’s not a magic “WIN” button, but all you need is something better than before, and good enough to get the job done. Thoughts?
While the right person at the right time can make a difference, i dont agree with the above statement. Even the best of the best cannot hope to stand against a well oiled team. When individuals, even average ones, bundle together with some basic procedures in place, can vastly outperform skilled but solo players. Teamwork will always win against individual skill. That said, it is ofc important to improve your own self, always.
The descriptive text you use in the videos really helps with understanding the full picture of what’s going on. I wish more squad UA-camrs would do it this way.
Glad to hear, as that's the goal. I feel like Squad matches are so rich with what's going on - but the trick is understanding it. Once you understand the game, it becomes much more watchable.
Ive been actually enjoying all my SL games since ICO. When I get my guys to do what they need to do, we win easily. And some still complain infantry is "broken now".
Me when Medic: Has no fear. Runs into the thick of combat with complete disregard in order to save others. Stares Abrahams in the face and shots at it with handgun just to be annoying and feel like I'm in saving private ryan. Me when LAT/Hat: Fears all noises. Hides in the corner. Fires at BMP /donk/ too close. Runs away back to corner. Cries.
been employing these tactics lately and found great success! The video where you go over each one in detail is really good and clear just like this one. I noticed that as a fire team lead you should really be thinking about these things because the squad leader has so much else to do. I've been talking to the other FTL a lot more lately and focusing on coordinating my few guys to really play a supporting role or a assaulting role which has worked great even in pubs. Your doing gods work with these videos, they are so clear and comprehensive!
Yes! FTLs are unfortunately often thought of as "marker roles" but there needs to be real small unit leadership from them as well. Ideally, they'll be the ones "fighting" their fireteams while the SL keeps an eye on the bigger picture.
Since V6.0.1, anti-tank rockets are more lethal now, with a global 10 meter arming distance for handheld AT, exemption of the NLAW with 20 meter arming distance.
Lol I like how the second clip had an assault element of basically just you. Also 18:34 oof forgot to change the range back to 100. I hate when that happens.
At 18:36 there's 2 dots above the compass it tells you how accurate your shots are if it connects to each other then you have likely to hit it also like the others said still ranged at 200m lol, either way great teamwork man
19:30 insane that they kept running even thought he guys in front got wiped by a machine gun. You should make a video entirely about the importance of smoke and how to use it
Didn't see anyone else mention this, but when you were fighting the BTR and didn't want to fire because of min-arm, the min-arm actually got heavily reduced in the recent hotfix and is now 10m, not 23m.
It works but if it’s in the last few seconds before disappearing it doesn’t work. So if you know it just entered bleed and you WILL dig it down you can dig it down. Otherwise it’s safer to dig it back up.
Great moments here, and some good tips for players old and new. But that 10:10 (or so) complete fuckin lack of situational awareness with the ICO scopes is just absolutely disgusting........ I like the ICO concept, but the angle of approach to designing it by just focusing on the misalignment is just bad. Anyway, really cool stuff, want to see more!
Yeah. People tend to be a little judgmental if their hear a kid. Here’s my advice, speak rarely, and follow orders diligently from the SL, stick with your squad, make helpful callouts, and people won’t have any good reason to be an ass to you.
as a younger player who often plays Squad leader I definitely agree with this from time to time. My solution has just been to grind the game to get better, talk A LOT with my squad making myself as clear as possible and showing respect to the people I'm leading. When done right I usually don't have any complaints about my age.
I have yet to see this since the update. Majority of people still just run around lone wolfing it, hide in random bushes, and the typical spin 360 one shot you. Squad really hasn’t changed other than stamina mechanic. It’s still the same game and plays the same, I have yet to see any team work or fire and maneuver because it doesn’t work. Instant you start firing some random guy 300 yards away just domes you. SQUAD will always have an identity crisis.
all this video proofs is that suppresion is useless, if you had better aim and werent a milsim andy you could have just 1 taped the MG 7:45 in the head but you had to do a useless callout first and then you got shot at ofc , same with the ealyer part of the game where you ran up to the rock where a full squad was called out, could have just posted up and if you had good aim you can still just tap like 4 guys in 2 seconds
Coulda woulda shoulda it’s a shame I’m not a FPS god. Suppression literally worked against that machine gunner. And that earlier game had my full squad plinking away to no effect. So I used tactics instead of perfect aim. It worked.
NO I WANT ALL GAMES TO BE LIKE VALORANT I HATE UNIQUE GAME MECHANICS also i dunno about you but i dont see a clearly visible head at 7:45, really all u can do is aim where the muzzle flash was and pray

Nice teamwork on display! Will leave a comment to feed the algorithm.
New ICO has been a blast seeing people using squad tactics.
Thank you! Hope to see you back next week!
I love the layout of these videos. I cant stop watching them
That is awesome to hear! Thanks for watching!!
Playing with a full organized squad must be the best thing in squad. Almost makes me want to join a unit.
7th Rangers is always open if you decide on it
@@HaebyungDance How do we go about joining?
@@HaebyungDance I've been playing squad for many years now, on and off, pretty interested in joining : - )

Ah, it's the mythical good squad leader
Really appreciate you putting on text to describe the situation every now and then
Good presentation. Very entertaining. Keep it up. Thank you.
Just played my first round of ICO as a medic. Great round!
man your gameplay so beautiful and full of story!
That’s the goal! Glad you enjoyed :)
I really enjoyed your video. Thanks man. I like that you explained what youwrte doing.
Well put together man! Fun to watch
Your teachings are fantastic man. I'm going to use this information as much as I can in game! Great video as always

Very pleasing gameplay and montage great work bro 🤌🏻👍🏻
It certainly goes a lot smoother when everyone is the squad is in the same clan.
Yeah it does - I do recommend considering it because it's improved my gameplay experience quite a bit.
18:35 went high, you still had your sights ranged for 200m. You can even see the rocket going over the vehicle.
Lol I like how the second clip had an assault element of basically just you.
Also 18:34 oof forgot to change the range back to 100. I hate when that happens.
Yeah and that was part of the point I wanted to make! You can do this stuff with ones and twos!
At 18:36 there's 2 dots above the compass it tells you how accurate your shots are if it connects to each other then you have likely to hit it also like the others said still ranged at 200m lol, either way great teamwork man
Ranging the AK to 300 changes your POA to a 12 o'clock hold, which is much easier to use.
That sad double Leeroy Jenkins, classic.
He just wanted to fight lol
Even just that opening clip of those shots hitting the dirt infront would have never happened before ICO
this is what I love about this game bro
The radio tower portion was giving me Outpost vibes
Hell yeah brother
19:30 insane that they kept running even thought he guys in front got wiped by a machine gun.
You should make a video entirely about the importance of smoke and how to use it
You should check out my latest video ;)
Cool stuff, i will try to emulate this.

Yeah the minarm change happened after this gameplay was recorded. I wish I had the 10m minarm!
Awesome content. Squad is too real looking sometimes.
fun fact: the new AT rockets now only need 10 meters for activation range
Yup that would’ve been nice during this round lol! It was recorded just before that update
10:27 ptsd moment
and 19:19
Do you think we could get a video with strategies for squad leading and how to keep your squad working together
It’s something I’ve been thinking about - but I want to get the basics done first!
18:36 you were still ranged for 200, might've went right over his head lol
Yeah you're right - I forget to reset the range!
Does digging down your own radio while it is still in bleed work ? I thought you needed it to get out of bleed first and then dig it down.
It works but if it’s in the last few seconds before disappearing it doesn’t work. So if you know it just entered bleed and you WILL dig it down you can dig it down. Otherwise it’s safer to dig it back up.
CoD players cried like the poor skilled players they are and nerfed the update.
6.0에 비해 6.0.1에서의 이 기동전술의 전망은 어떻게 생각하시나요?
약간 나아졌지만 6.0과 여전히 비슷하다고 생각해요.
18:35 you still had the range set to 200m im guessing it flew over the bmp
Just checked my recordings and you're right lol I never set it back from 200m. That was a mistake!
@@HaebyungDance lol ive made that mistake many times very frustrating
18:35 you were zeroed at 200m
Yup I’ve since realized LOL!
I think your law went high because you set the ranging incorrectly, it was still on 200m.
Yup you’re totally right - I forgot to set it back!
*Sets sights to 200m*
*Shoots point-blank*
*No idea where that went*
I went to 200m bro lol
Yeah I forget to reset the sights lmao
I would pay money to play with you as a sl 😂
Maybe you’ll get lucky and catch me online one day :)

according to the new weapon handling update I would like to propose a new name for this game " retired parkinson squad " would be quite accurate
Pub matches are so annoying as a younger player 😔😅
same💀 i just end up doing the tutorial again or just playing in the range, the only tile îve played with randoms was like once or two
