This guide specifically is still very workable for Tempest patch (current patch as of writing), the only relevant change I can think of is PB zones, though I feel like an absolute novice in Tempest currently so take everything with a grain of salt.
It has actually 2 roblox games perfectly remade the pvp from the ground up and one of the games has 167 mil visits and 2k active players playing it with clans and all of that good stuff and I found this kind of dueling by playing those games

Won´t return to moviebattles 2 until they make this saber wiggling inside the enemies character impossible, it makes combat too hard for casual players. You simply don´t know whats going on.

That i could make a server for just me and my friend? How does this works? Nice tuto trying a little bit your moves here even if they dont really work at me yet :D
there should be guides on the forums for that stuff, it's super easy to put up ur own server if you know how to port forward. all that should be on the forums somewhere, it might even be linked on the launcher

Blue's are theoretically much harder to perfect block. Definitely much harder to parry. Yellow is better because all the aspects of the style add up to make it the overall strongest. Yellow is also the best to learn on because it is the easiest one to learn all the techniques on.

Movie Battles is indeed just a mod for Jedi Academy, quite a few people do still play it but compared to other games it's quite a small population but you shouldn't have any problem with having people to play with... Unless you live in my region lmao
I think the point of Movies Battles is multiplayer, but if you're looking for a similar thing for singleplayer there's Movies Duel Remastered, it's also a mod for Jedi Academy and it includes fights from the Prequels, the OG Trilogy, and the other trilogy. Fully voiced cutscenes. Dueling System got many tweaks that improve and deepens the fights and it's customisable. There's also clone wars & rebels, and some series stuff but the missions aren't fully done (The characters are included and playable though). Also characters from legends. It's full of content but singleplayer only for now. You should check it out if you still got that sw thirst
i never colud learn this somehow it makes me dizzy and lost. i think.... I see less fps in my brain than the average guy. at least in the computer. this game always made me feel like the ultimate looser XD

Update logged in yesterday to a duel server to get the basics down and asked if someone was willing to help to my surprise a awesome guy took half an hour out of his time to help me out was blown away by his patience and kindness
Generally most people will be down to help teach the basics since the game population is so low everyone wants as many people as possible to get sucked into playing
@@Skalias there have been another game called saber showdown and is basically MB2 but with all of its perks in a sense than the other game lightsaber arena and ill be dam had one player named GRANDWizzard and he is a CB duelist not sure if you heard that man around but ill be dam for what im worth he beat the hell outa of me and i thought i had got him good within the game but he is a CB duelist.
CB as in the clan cerberus? Never heard the guys name on MB2 but CB doesn't exist in my region. Master ur fundamentals then work on mind games/switch ups/outsmarting ur opponent, this is the path to the top my king

Really good pop in EU/NA servers, idk about any other servers, OCE servers have low pop but still a decent amount of players

purple just straight sucks, only way you're beating someone with it is if ur just straight up way better than the opponent
I used to use purple just for the lolz and got somewhat ok with it but it was always vastly inferior to literally every other stance in the game.

Stick with yellow to learn the fundamentals, after that explore other styles
so yellow is superior meta over blue? does it mean that yellow's attack r harder 2 parry than blue's?

Everyone has a hard time with the basic mechanics so being used to a controller over keyboard and mouse shouldn't be much of a disadvantage for you
I don't mind honestly if it takes me time to get as long as I'm having fun along the way I'm happy, that's what it's all about in the end 😀

u should get the game mordhau and play the starwars mod, it is realistic combat and we have some force abilities. it is super fun
it also offers first person gameplay adding to the realism
