It’s wild that this came up because I just found a copy of Mr. Mix in a box of stuff I bought as part of a lot from a police auction! The one cop I talked to about the case it was from went all white and wouldn’t talk about it, whatever. Anyway, I got into the code and bypassed Level 5 last night. And let me tell you - the descriptions here are accurate! Incredibly unsettling music and jarring wails of a few discordant notes and what sounds like maybe screams or… instructions for doing… awful things in the audio. Ugh. I had to stop after that and take the night off. Yeah,, I had some nightmares, but who wouldn’t after that sort of thing? Coincidence. I just wanted to say that I’ve right now opened Level 6 and it doesn’t seem too scary or weird! Not sure what the hype’s about. It appears to be the text of a play. It’s called, one sec… The King in Yellow. Huh. Sounds interesting. I’ll read it and let everyone know how it was.
Creepy... Interesting genera; well for me anyway, because it didn't even exist when I started reading spooky stories. It will be interesting to see what comes of generative AI ; the mythos that will eventually surround it... and be generated *by* it. 🤖➡️👻
