헐~~ 백비드가 나오다니 !!! 맨날 레이져 용접 영상을 찾아 봤을적에는 제살 용접만 주구장창 올라오더군요 ,, 허허허 뭐 박판 용접에는 제살 용접이 최고 일수 밖에 없지만 ,, 레이져 용접중에도 간혹 용과제 투입방식도 있던데 ,,, 이번 영상에서는 그점을 확실히 알기 어렵다는게 살짝 아쉽네요 ,, 허허허,, 매번 배우고 갑니다 ,,건강 하시어요 ~~ 푸힛~

Laser welding and low cost are two phrases you seldom see together.
$7000 USD for a somewhat light-duty welder isn't exactly cheap. But if you're manufacturing a product, the speed, precision, and cleanliness makes it justified.
@@Zer0PointUnlimited Thats not all that much more than a LOT of normal people spend on a normal welder because they insist they need a Lincoln for their backyard mechanicry welding sheet metal and mild steel, and this looks like it would be easier to use and more reliable, so the little (relatively) added cost can pretty easily be justified imho.
@@faaaaqhonestly i’m actually thinking about buying one, it’s « cheap » for a laser welder and if it can weld that good for 20 years it’ll be worth the 7k but we all know that they’ll become cheaper too so idk if i wait for even lower price or if i buy now and start to use it as soon as i can, if you could help me

저도 궁금해서 nswell 본사 홈페이지에 가보니 알곤 레귤레이터랑 가스 호스가 레이져 용접기 부품 구성으로 있네요. 백비드 나온 부분도 은빛이라 반대쪽도 퍼지가 들어간 듯 합니다.

용접시 토치에서 흄인지 뭔지 알 수 없는 매우 검은 연기가 많이 나오는데 원인이 뭔지 아시나요....? 거의 CO2수준으로 나와서요
혹시 검은색 연기와 그을림 같은 건가요? 토치 끝부분에 간격 조절이 안맞으면 그런 경우가 있더라구요.

at 5:31 its clear that another pass is needed , yes its done a decent job on the root but its sadly underfilled the rest of the joint , but its off to a great start ,,,, twice the power and half the price and it would be an instant success , give it five years and thats where welding certain things will be , but lets face it , it will be a while until its over your shoulder and up a ladder fitting high pressure steam pipes .
Its impossible to get a price on the machine they redirect you the whole time
