謝謝老師,做成素食也會好吃。味精關火後再放較健康,溫度降到80度以下,不會因高溫質變形成焦谷胺酸鈉而致癌,味精本身是天然增鮮劑,對人體無害,但不宜多,鈉高太鹹,也不宜高溫呦!
