My car and bike wires were damaged by rats. Suffered loss. Afterwards I used many methods discussed in the video, but rats continued its manace. Finally I brought cats and used to grow near the vehicles parked. You should have more patience and place. Rear the cats in a cage near the car for one week and then slowly open the cage. They will stay there. Minimum two numbers of cats must.
Now rat is not there in surroundings. Now cats multiplied. Vehicles felt safe. பல்லுயிர் சூழல் முக்கியமான ஒன்று.
Place tobacco leaves under the bonnet . It helps . It happened to my Lexus ES300h
You can save the bonnet by using ultra sound machine which is connected to battery.. I am using for past 2 years and free from Rat issues.. cost was around 3k

I see there are lot of unconfirmed fault codes. It happened due to low battery voltage. So as a car mechanic he can understand this issue.
Just ask them to clear the code and see only the active fault codes. Not all red are really an issue.

Hi Moses, i had a similar experience with rat bites. Had rat bit my car and had to use the insurance. Now I fabricated a rat fence and kept it around my car. I am able to see results, no rat has entered my car. You can type rat fence in UA-cam, you will get two videos on it. Fabricated rat fence gives 100% results

My VW vento also suffered rat byte. it took 1 month and 75K to fix the car. Always park your car under light. spray entire bonnet area with rat sprays once a month.
My Tiago car got Rat bite due to this emission sensor and ECM board repaired which is happened on 2018 of April month

Im using neem oil i used to apply neem oil on every soft wire because of its bitterness it is not chewing my wires but still they used to come in my bonnet i find this technique to be usefull for me

After rat bite , Daily i used to open the bonnet and check.. Since two years. I take car very less so daily i check the bonnet
If karthick has a garriage he can hire a person and also start a mess under the car
1. Have a cat at home
2. Clean the engine bay if you see any rat shits or any food waste. If food waste is present it's the indication that the rat entering your car's bonnet. It will definitely urinate and you can realise it by the smell.
3. Check engine bay every 5 days irrespective of running the car daily.
4. Leave cigar leaves. It helps to some extent
5. Spray phenyl (black one) after diluting with 30% water. Spary on all four wheels of the car.
6. Don't buy rat cakes, ultrasonic devices. Simply waste of money if they are bigger size rats
7. Please don't use glue. It's a very painful death for the poor thing.
8. Rat trap
I once experienced it. Luckily it was one rat only. I killed it in the morning washed engine bay (recommend washing only if new car) just to remove the smell of rat shits. Later using cigar leaves. As of now no issues at all. Thanks for the topic. Please take care of your car everyone!
