Mei-Lan, I started doing this meditation daily 3 days ago on the 11th. The first day I teared up 1/2 way through. 2nd day my head started nodding up & down (usually when I meditate I end up rocking back & forth, so this was a first) & this last one, I felt a cool breeze come to my left side then got chills on both arms.
