I watched this awesome movie before based on a true story about a boy from one of the nations and how they stole him away from his parents to force him to go to their religious school and teach him the Christian belief. He had this great hockey talent and could have made it big but all the problems he had as a result of childhood suffering got in his way of achieving.
Yes, total truth about the way her people and other tribes was done. Forced to forget their own ways and forced to form a new belief. Forced to learn English, dress and live differently. And children in these religious schools were abused.
