@@BrandonE-ri4km what are considered absurd questions differs from denomination to denomination, RCI considers the question about baptism in the name of Jesus absurd, UPCI considers questions about modalism absurd, it is very convenient for most denominations not to answer the hard questions.

@@BrandonE-ri4km just as hypothetical as way back in the 1940's asking about going to the moon, even the Sadducees levirate's marriage question was not absurd either because they really did not know then, also not believing in the afterlife and the answer to the question was more vital to the Pharisees anyway.
Eastgate edited many comments lines and also deleted over a hundred comments (6 of the 12 comment lines were taken away) which is understandable because it's too much for most people.
I deleted them because I didn't think they would like so many from 2 people.
I just want to know what denomination you were raised in.
@@Bob.55 better, although normally you can only delete your own comments but not all the responses on the comment lines, unless you are an inside troll. that is why I play along in the game because too many are not serious at all, and the discussion level has gone down incredibly on YT compared to the years 2008-2016.

You are trying to make yourself look smart by the words you choose and trust me grasshopper when it comes to the spiritual you are a complete fool if you believe that the bible is the words of a God. Anyone with an ounce of intelligence and maturity can see it was 100% written by the mind of man, not an almighty.
Seeing the world situation we find ourselves in today the Christian needs to think about what is going on here.
Why would an all knowing , all powerful loving God even allow such evil, carnage and suffering in the first place? It takes on human form, shows that it could bring peace and healing to the world and then walks away for 2000 more years? And even back 2000 years ago what was the rest of the planets population? Chopped liver? This is a way to bring salvation to the world? Leave this most important message up to a handful of men riding on donkeys and horses?
The earths population around the time of Jesus was estimated to be about 170 - 300 million spread across 7 continents. That is millions upon millions upon millions who never even heard the gospel. Tack onto that the millions upon millions upon millions who never heard the gospel message for century after century after century.
If this is the best an almighty creator of a Universe can do I'm not impressed
This God is either evil, doesn't care, is helpless to do anything or it doesn't exist.
I'm betting on the later.
Drowning in reality combined with your daily existence won't clarify the real Truth, making assumptions and inaccurate conclusions won't answer the real questions, the route of human doubt is easy to take, real faith in personal relation with real revelation according to the Word and Spirit of IHSH, though over 7 billion people will reject it willingly.

The entire bible is not the word of IHSH or YHWH. The bible is 100% written and thought of by the mind of man. IHSH or YHWH or Allah or what ever the hell you want to call it does not exist.

My God is unconditional love. These days I call God the spirit of life and that is all the religion I need.

I'm sorry folks but this is an example and the hypocrisy of the Jesus story. In one place (Gospel of Matthew) the author has Jesus saying not to judge but in another place (* Gospel of John) the author has this Jesus saying that it's okay for him to judge.
Now the apologist will say that of course Jesus can judge, after all he was God., Um no, he most certainly was not. That is 1st century mythological nonsense. Jesus the so called Christ was nothing but a man like you and me. He was a special man and a spiritually minded gifted man who was actually quite brilliant considering where and when he was born but a man never the less. He was also about 2 fries short of happy meal.
Don't get me wrong, I like Jesus and am glad I grew up with him, I am a better person for it.
But.......
I am an honest and critical thinking reasonable 21st century man who can not but tell people the real truth.
And for the record..........Soul condemnation is a doctrine from the pits of hell (Pun Intended)

@@EastgateUPC That's true but Jesus was just a man and there is no such thing as a God who judges souls after death.
That is utter foolishness but works great to control stupid behavior.
Secondly, sin does not exist. Sin and holiness are concepts formulated by the mind of man for the purpose of religion and control. Useful words to be sure but they don't exist.
You have much to learn my friend but you never will learn the real truth of the matter as long as you stay in the Christian cult of UPCism.
