The devs recently changed the way card packs work and your information about them is a bit off. Now I am not sure if you know this but the terrifying pack gives the least exp and upgrade cards per coffee ratio. They should only be bought if you really want new phobies, which is not necessary. What you should be doing as a f2p player is saving your coffee to buy each pack once and then saving to only buy dreadful packs as they give the most exp and upgrade cards per coffee ratio. There is a difference between establishing early map control and just spamming phobies to die early game, you do not distinguish between the two. Spawning 3 one key cost phobies turn 1 can be very effective, especially on small maps with over 3 panic points and big maps in general. I wouldn't discourage a possible strategy for new players. You need to know when to use a "diverse team". In phobies it is important to make proactive plays but when it comes to countering other phobies that is a reactive thing, especially in lower leagues. What you could've done in that smiley game is save your cowbell and reposition your jar cannon to so you can kill smiley once it comes into range. You'll also need to sacrifice at least one other unit as you don't have any more lower cost mechs. Cowbell, jar cannon, and primate most likely would've been enough to kill smiley. You either need to set up a kill zone for smiley or wait for your opponent to misposition him. There is nothing wrong with rushing stress levels to get the phobies you want. But it would be unwise to upgrade phobies you do not use to do so. Miss Moffat is good but not a total game changer for most people. Something significantly more important is getting Clinico at stress level 20. Clinico will give you access to a reliant cheap healing phobie. This is important because of the prevalence of poison/disease. Clinico will also allow you to tank damage more freely with your healthier phobies. -Top 10 arena player
Probably because of tear caps the maximum amount of tears you can have per day is 1500 And the maximum amount of coffee you can have is 100 there is also a xp cap depending on the xp you get per day from jacks, quests or games hope the information helped:)
I don't know if it is really wise to rush for upgrades. The matchmaking in the game is currently based on your stress level and your rating on the ladder. I've seen players in the lowest league being matched with players just hitting the second highest. I would suggest just focusing on unlocking new phobies. Upgrading specific cards only is being too dependent, and again, it is a rush tactic rather than a skill. It is better to have a wide variety of options available to optimize your responses in the game. Of course, all of that is dependent on the games current state of balance, but it is a suggestion from a practical standpoint. If you want a reasonable match, I'd suggest approaching the game in a balanced way. Otherwise, you are just going to end up playing handicap matches. That doesn't mean you will always have a favorable advantage. Hence, the players being completely overwhelmed.
Do you know what the blue hand on replay mean when you press it and says "poke sent," i feel like I have battles that I still haven't finished and are just stopped
I start off by buying an uneasy pack.I mean too and once I get 10 Upgrade carbs in a row.I switched to a terrifying pack It's the same thing for the terrifying pack.I just switched to the scary pack.Forever For the coffee It's very slow So my at least Save up for anything The first time I was playing phobies I had a lot of luck with my Phobias. But now. I at least get never A8 elemental. That's the limit
pretty good video, and I do think new players should spend more coff on Terrifying pack because new players like me only get like 20 cards. It might be different for experienced players. I have spent like $150 and only have around 52 cards, still missing some crucial ones.
depends, its all kinda pure skill. You can still win the game against a p2w using your brain. Just like Commander from tds said: "Battles are won with brains, not might!"
hey this is pretty good! I knew most of these but good tips for new players
Thanks, I think down the line I will also be making an experienced players guide.
I sarted playing phobies one week ago, this really helped me out. Amazing content.👍

That I have a problem I started winning a lot of my games, but all of a sudden I stopped getting tears. Why is that?
