Everytime i hear this song, it fills my dark mind with light, and make me happy.... REPEAT!!!
I swear it has the same effect on me
Like a fine wine, it gets better with age
the only song in doctor's handwriting
Eddie Vedder writes in doctors hand writing too 😂
🤣🤣🤣

You should check out other performances they've done of this song!
Yeah he's pretty amazing
This is all my childhood memories right here
Can we talk about how amazing this performance was??!! Amazing song and you made it yours like when you first sang it! Great vibes !!!
There is not a bad version of this song!
I am a traveller I was lost I was at death's door and to the void but after 7 years of being nomadic and after losing most of everyone I've loved to death I am now sober again and I can love myself and I am loved by my few friends I'm grateful to have .
I'm not a unique story there's many like me obscured by the bustle of commerce and convention we are good people who have the hearts of adventurers our spirits soar this song helped save my life many many times thank you and God bless fellow travellers and adventurers .
Stay Golden . 🌄
Awesome my friend this individual experience is amazing when we find the spiritual awareness and clarity we seek. We can no longer be around situations without respect , unconditional love and equality. 😎👊🪢
-Hugs- …you’re valid. You’re worthy of love and affection. You are alive. You’re here, you’re present. And right now, that’s enough ❤️
I love this song every time I hear it, and have since it was new. Michael Glabicki lived 2 houses down from me for several years when I was a kid in the late 80's/early 90's. Before the Rusted Root fame. He used to take the bus to college in Pittsburgh that my mom took to work every day; they waited at the same bus stop at the top of our street. She said he was handsome and always polite. Happy to see that he still comes to the Pittsburgh area sometimes!
His voice aged like fine wine!!! 🙌
I'll never be able to disassociate this from 'Matilda'. But this song pretty much owns my childhood memories.
Both that and “Ice Age” for me
This song gives me the happiest feeling
Hey jimmy

Legendary song and vocals, he didn't need another hit, replay this track to validate that.
Hey Michael! Do you remember me? I got to kiss you at a show in 1999 in Milwaukee at The Rave. You were doing a solo show and a bunch of us got asked to meet you and I was literally tripping balls! ♡ good times! LOVE your music, love you more ;)
Why am I just now discovering this band!?
Adore this song!!!
For some reason, I started singing this song out of nowhere today, just as I was going about my business as usual. I then got the urge to check out a recent performance of it, which led me here. Unbelievable performance, mixed with the cool fact that this video was uploaded literally one year ago, to the day, January 12th 🤙🏼
Me, too
Hippie to Cowboy
This song never gets old.
How does one book Michael in the Houston area? Cause this performance is just amazing. He’s one of a kind
Woodstock 99...best version of this song
totally agree.
This is one of my favourite songs and a nice arrangement.
It's a great shame that American audiences can't respect the artist or other audience members and keep screaming and shouting throughout the performance.
It's just childish selfish ignorance wanting their voices heard above everyone else's.
Scream and shout your appreciation at the end, don't spoil the song for everyone else.
Ice age
ERA DE HIELO, MATILDA
This reminds me of a few years back in Indy. @ Birdies...💚 🌞
Woodstock 99 was the best version
One of my favorite things as a musician is to watch musicians play songs that they’ve obviously played thousands of times before. The muscle memory plays the song, and they can enjoy it more because they don’t have to think about what they’re playing, so it’s a more authentic performance of who they are as a person. Also fun to watch them play around with it to make it fresh for them.
Excellent brother 👏😎👊
Hey, Michael Glabicki, what do you think of this song?

unreal
I have such fond memories of the Rex! I miss you guys!
Go off!!!!
Once for all whata hell does he say after "tell you to run"??
das me trying to talk to my crush.
Made up words. He has said that he left the made up words in because they just sounded right, as opposed to trying to find words that would better fit the song. So basically, they're not English words. Just kind of scat singing.
LV Justo correct
it is meant to be “you know what they say about the young”, but he does it in a way and speed which is made up so it comes out different
What's the sound playing at the very beggining ?
