The music cutting off as Deku saw Bakugo's body genuinely gave me chills. We've seen before how Deku feels about Bakugo. When Monoma insulted him in JT, Deku flew into a rage and Blackwhip emerged. When he was pierced in PLW, Deku raged and began to attack wildly. And now seeing him here next to his bloody All Might card, Deku is about to rage again and be an easy target for AFO. But Mirio is there to calm him down. Mirio helps Deku realize Bakugo is still alive. The heroes haven't lost anything yet. Speaking of Deku, we've finally seen his last quirk. Gearshift. The 2nd user's quirk. Formerly used to speed up small things. But now is the shift in battle. The rift between AFO and Tenko is widening. Speaking of AFO, he seems to have some history with the 2nd. He had tears in his eyes while looking at him. The first time we've ever seen AFO cry. Which now makes his reaction to Bakugo make sense. The 2nd user didn't have OFA anymore when AFO got his hands on him. He just had a small quirk. Yet he was able to evoke such a reaction from AFO. Bakugo doesn't have OFA. He's like the 2nd. He should be an extra. A nobody. But said extra without OFA was able to stand up against him. He was getting stressed out because he was reminded of the 2nd user in Bakugo's fighting spirit. The 2nd user who smirked at him even as he was being choked. Now Deku has smashed a hole in AFO's chest. Like how Bakugo had his own chest smashed open. But AFO thinks to himself that he hasn't had the chance to use any quirks yet. He hasn't had a chance to use his body yet. But there's still a chance at victory for him. He just has to bet everything on Spinner.
Deku is channeling the classic shonen protagonist energy in arriving very late to battlefield/action. But immediately putting hands on the big bad who caused everything. Love seeing it.
It’s important to remember that Shigaraki is a victim of AFO and Deku is trying to save Tenko. Also a good comparison wouldn’t really be another Shonen anime but rather other superhero’s and their ethical code’s. Like Spiderman who tries to save and redeem all his villains. Or Batman who would never kill even though the Joker pushes him to that limit. Deku vs Shigaraki is similar in that sense. Demon Slayer/JJK and other anime they don’t save the villains because the good guys aren’t hero’s. Deku is a hero through and through, it’s a different story with different themes
5:07 This is why, even the thought of a dear friend or loved one isn’t as much of a cope out as so many people think. Even if it’s somehow rolled back, the experience of it stays… usually. Depending on the characters and how close to reality the series tries to be, it could be anything from no reaction to a mental breakdown of a specific character or characters. While I’m on this subject, there’s at least two weird things that I’ve noticed in anime bit of the anime community is thinking that the death of someone close will equal a huge power boost and performance - to the point that I’ve actually heard people say that a character that they seemed to like should have just died - or that there’s no threat unless at least one main cast character dies, even if hundreds, thousands, or even more have already died. It’s interesting how accustomed we’re becoming to that sort of thing - at least, here in the US. I’m still shocked at hearing someone say that a character who has been completely harmless, yet, helpful is said to have needed to die, even after they make a sacrifice-play and managed to survive, claiming that it’d make the MC stronger. I want to believe it was something said just trolling, except that I know that there are people who actually think this way. I actually want to understand how they arrived at this way of thinking. It’s always interesting to me.
I love how Mirio's response to Shiggy calling him useless was to show his cheeks 😂😂 Also, I wonder if Shiggy is also still pissed at Mirio for when he told Shiggy he has no friends lol
I'm not sure what Dabi did exactly, especially considering he doesn't have an ice ability. But I think he found a way to use his Flames without further damaging his body. Though I think it's temporary. Also, why is Sam so gorgeous? She be looking stunning with like no effort, just chillin at the crib with comfy clothes. If I ever saw her, I'd totally shoot my shot.
Agreed! Gearshift is so cool and so is the 2nd user😋 You guys don't know how much I love your reaction videos because there's some speculation from you guys in the old season reaction that soo on point and that just shows how much you guys put attention and understanding the plot and characters. Anyways always waiting for your next reaction!❤
idk if y'all remember it, but deku punching thru shigarakis giant arm is a callback to him ripping through musculars arm to save kota, the first person who ever called him a hero
Spinner is the only villain who really can get a 2nd chance. Toga, Dabi and Shiggy are all mass murderer’s and will just get death penalty or execution.
If Deku has something to say about it then they wouldn’t be executed. Kinda of like Naruto, Tsunade, and Kakashi freeing Sasuke from prison and preventing his execution after he was a member of the group that started the 4th Great Ninja War.
It’s not that Deku wants to give Shigaraki a second chance, Deku knows Tenko is being abused and is suffering because of All For One. He wants to save Tenko from this abuse, not necessarily give Shigaraki a chance. He believes that is he frees Tenko from AFO then he can help him; he wants to go the root of the issue not just punch the threat away
If I was Mirio I would be like. "Yep Bakugo is done, heart gone, this sob killed him, blow his head off." "No, not a speck of Shigaraki in there, AFO has completely taken over, end his life."
While I do understand where you're coming from in regard to giving up on Shigaraki, it's a bit of a short-sighted way of looking at it. It's not so much "oh yeah we should rescue Shigaraki and forgive him for all he's done" but rather understanding him as a person, not a monster. This way someone else like him has less of a chance of popping up again. There's also the personal aspect of wanting to grant Shigaraki some semblance of peace and healing before he faces his consequences.
0:35 mirko mvp ?? She hasnt even done anything to earn mvp thoughts 😂 i know its bias but come on sam.. star and stripe still mvp as of right now for taking most of shigaraki quirks away
I have NEVER understood people's obsession with Shigaraki. Is his story sad? Obviously, its fucking tragic. Has he been manipulated? Yes. However, he's made way too much awful decisions on his own. Im genuinely fine if him or Dabi die. I mean ideally they survive, but thats more for the people that care for them. Theres no "fixing" them
Do u seriously here yourself. Everyone deserves a second chance and to be happy l. I'm not saying that they shouldn't be punished but they're both hurting and it would be inhumane of you to just want them to keep hurting
I don't think anyone feels Shiggy is a good kid who just needs a hug, so that's an oversimplification. It's about the approach you have to a person that changes everything. If the 2nd User never reached out to The Demon King's brother, nothing changes. If Deku hadn't kept reaching out to Eri, despite her saying no repeatedly, the future against Overhaul would be set in stone. If Deku hadn't reached out to Iida, Iida would be killed by Stain and couldn't reach out to Deku in S6. Why do you think Ochaco was considering reaching out to Toga? They may always be enemies, but if you don't reach out you won't know if they can saved, even from themselves.
@@onlyanimations8 ayo so if you support the people behind a country wide rebellion killing hundreds of not thousands, you must really people that shoot up schools then ya?

Damn that really blows. But thank you ladies very much for working hard to give a great content. It’s truly appreciated.
Can you react to cardcaptor Sakura
sucks for the claim, but please dont go back to the old style of editing to avoid copyright. It's unwatchable.
Oh that's why I can't find it on your channel! That's sucks, hope you can get it back up😕

Deku having a serious Goku moment. You love to see it.

Naruto is the biggest shonen protag who embodies the traits of a traditional superhero like Deku does.
@@emanuelrodriguez9044 yea Naruto was like that as well. And he didn’t live in a universe full of heros. Bro was built different fr lmao
True Deku tries to save "Tenko Shimura" not Tomura Shigaraki who is more of a lost cast at this point.
I don't think Bakugo is gonna have a piece of Edge Shot it looks like he's gonna have the whole thing.
''I'm tired of getting just a taste of him, I want the whole load''

😭 the girls were so stress this episode they looked like they were doing the pledge of allegiance for a min 😂 9:45
The imagery in this episode went super dope.

I love how Mirio's response to Shiggy calling him useless was to show his cheeks 😂😂 Also, I wonder if Shiggy is also still pissed at Mirio for when he told Shiggy he has no friends lol
