FYI it has been proven that the black drain pipe you are using collapses when back filled. You may be ok as you are shallower than some foundation drains, however it would be prudent to use PVC pipe as listed below. Plus some serious support under the 4'' pipe coming out of the big pipe is required or it will be crushed! You only have one really good chance to get this right or you will be digging it up later, with much anguish.
If radon gas is present, it could be blown into your greenhouse and your lungs. To address this, create a 6-inch bed of 3/4-inch clear rock tapered to a 4-inch schedule 40 PVC pipe with drilled holes, which should drain to daylight. Wrap this assembly in fabric to prevent dirt from clogging the rock and PVC drain. Since radon gas is seven times heavier than air, it will flow to the lowest point unless encased with concrete walls, as shown in the video. In that case, you could attach a fan to the PVC pipe to extract the radon, but you would need an intake pipe to allow the radon to flow to the exhaust.

This is the best, cheapest way to heat your home, yet they aren't pushing this technology.
So true! I've been saying this for years. But it's all about money and not finding the most efficient ways to save energy.
