I really love the body's shape, reminiscing of a Les Paul but different enough to be it's own thing, also an amazing burst. One of my top 3 from this year
You're most certainly not the only one, very cool guitar, you got the look just right, even down to the uncovered bridge pickup, lovely, and a classy headstock
This is the one here. I love that finish. It correlative to the Tiger Burst. So well crafted, too. And the back and neck are too much. Just nigh perfect. I'm in love yo.
Very fine work, and the video really captured all the essentials. One small criticism: the background music is too boring to last all the way through the video.
Thanks! Yeah you are probably right about the music. I was supposed to have a few different songs but I felt like keeping it simple on an already tight schedule.
Whaaaooo. You did an amazing job. Congratulations. The end result is awesome. Although I was really scared to see all those holes who made after the finish was done. So many opportunities for drama ! The burst looks perfect. Can I ask you what polyester sealer you used ? Maybe a brand ?
Thank you! Yeah I would have preferred to drill all the holes before the finish but I didn't have any of the parts. The sealer I'm using is a polyester sealer and it's a local Swedish brand.
Bro! you're my hero, I definitely will follow your video for some guidance on my Les Paul Double Cut, beautiful build, hands down to you bro! I will have some questions down the line, hopefully, you have some time to answer them. Thank GOD bless.
@@simonhenriksson27 Thank you, I just can't find a single video on youtube that shows me how to paint white limba to get the color of the Gibson yellowish Korina explorer, any thoughts on how to get that color tone. Thank you in advance for taking the time.
@@yarellopez I'm not 100% sure about that one but I do think that the reason the originals are yellowish is because the lacquer has aged. If I wanted to do a similar color I would probably use some type of stain mixed with my clear coat, the Stew Mac vintage amber stain should be pretty good.
Great guitar. I actually like the cutaway on a Les Paul style better but I'm sure this one has an ease of reaching the dusty end of the neck better maybe. I wish you would have played it

Building my own electric or acoustic guitar is on my bucket list..When you decided to built your first guitar..did you buy the (special) tools in one go or did your tool arsenal grow over time. Any advice for aspiring builders? Why did you not share the sound that it creates...how does the instrument feel....does look great tho..
I did not have all the tools when I built my first guitar, but I was able to work with the stuff I had at the time. You can get pretty far with just "normal" tools and not the ones made specifically for guitars. My advice for an aspiring builder, just try and see what happens. If you get stuck somewhere you can always try to fix it with the stuff you have or that could also be a great time to invest in a new tool to help you continue. I wanted to record a demo for the guitar but I could not find the time during the competition. I'm gonna try to make one in the near future. Thanks, glad you liked it!

You are a very talented woodworker. I think the color is right on. Could you give some detail about how you made your logo please? Thank you.
Thank you very much! I made the logo in Adobe Illustrator and then I got a company to print it as a thin sticker.
