Does anyone ever go back to their roots with these types of bands just because of nostalgia, and you expect to cringe or be embarrased, but you actually get pleasantly surprised and you wonder why you ever doubted your musical taste, which has always been badass from day 1.
I can't say that for a lot of the bands I used to listen to, but PtV was and always will be my favorite emo/rock band. Of Mice & Men will always be my favorite Screamo/Metal band, and Pink Floyd will always be my favorite band of all time. My, what a journey I've had throughout the years.
