Nice home, however, main issue I have with this property is the lack of privacy, your neighbors are at arm reach. 2nd. issue I would have to add glass doors to every single bathroom, since my spouse hates shower curtains, a pot-filler in the kitchen since we use ours every day. Lastly, I would have to add a pool. Stay Safe & Healthy... Abrazos
Hello Joe, I always have to smile when you say at the beginning of the videos: This is the perfect house for you. And I have to agree with you 100% of the time. They are really great houses that you present to us. And yes, this house with this floor plan is really something special. This open concept with the two houses is great, with the seating area and the balconies in between: WOW !!!! And then its offers that the property is self-contained in order to have a certain amount of privacy. What would be great is a catwalk between the two houses and a sun roof for the terrace below. When it comes to the main building, I have to admit: I don't know where to start. The main room with the kitchen Wow !!, A triple slider would also be the better choice, the adjoining garages: perfect. The bedroom upstairs and the small office: wonderful. The master bedroom is more than cozy and also has a balcony. The huge terrace on the garage. The highlight. So much space. This house with the floor plan is really something special. Completed on a plot of land, the view from the terrace over a lake, the garage entrance at the end of a cul-de-sac, an unobstructed view ....... You notice I'm more than thrilled. A really great video, it's a pity it's over now ... At my mother-in-law's home, she lives in Plauen Vogtland / Saxony, it snowed for the first time this morning and it was also pretty cold for us with 32 degrees F. Well, it's getting winter in Germany. Dear Joe, thank you for the great video, have a nice 1st Advent and stay healthy. I will get my 1st vaccination on Tuesday and I hope everything goes well. I know it wouldn't be right for everyone though. The 2 outdoor living spaces are so fantastic with no grass to cut. The space is utilized perfectly. Stay warm Hort-Deiter, winter is there for sure. Interesting concept. Did you see the AC unit in the courtyard? It’s right next to seating area. As you know the AC in FL runs almost everyday. It can be a bit of the noise there for your outdoor living

Hi Joe. Unique is right. So the 1 bedroom casita upfront. It makes no sense to have a half bath. A full bath should’ve been standard. One would have to walk to the main house to shower? 🤦♀️. The courtyard is lovely. Don’t get or like the glass garage wall in the front. Don’t like rear entry garages. No backyard no pool. The roof outdoor space above the garage is nice. That’s dirt from asphalt when it rains? It looked like a design pattern🤣. That is a laundry closet. Spacious primary. Like the 2 closets. Like the barn door to the en-suite. There are more things I don’t like about this house but it’ll be wonderful for someone. Thanks much and see you next video.
Yeah Joe, it's a different style, layout...nicely done...but I struggled seeing myself live in that house...a lot of homes on top of you, the outdoor spaces were great! But no privacy. But I enjoyed the your, love all your tours🙃.
I don’t like the spiral staircase. I think they are dangerous. It would be nice if I could put regular stairs. However I can see that being a Gym than a casita. Or home office
Yes the other bedroom could be a kids room and then that could be the study space for them. And also to there’s a balcony so they can go play out there.
I have to be honest, it is very nice, but also very confusing to me. I have 3 kids and my husband & I and I was looking for room for my kiddos. Not sure I saw? See what I mean about confusing?
Joe this house is completely constructed weird. The two one bedrooms in the beginning of the entry should be in the back of the house. The is no privacy fences on either side of the house.

This is just my opinion. I don't like it, it's awful. Just doesn't feel homey it feels more like a box that is not well put together. What is happening to the builders and designers to come up with this. As always Joe you did a beautiful showing.
And I want to add on and I'm sorry that I'm putting this in but I am. The marble tiles in the bathroom do not pair up or match. Little things like that would drive me crazy. But again this is my opinion I'm sorry
