    My grandma who had parkinson's disease for more than 20 years passed away recently. All those years my grandpa is the one who did everything for her. All of his time was used on taking care of grandma. And now since she is no longer here he is awfully quiet and closed. I see him crying on both day and night. I really don't want to lose him..

    I have post traumatic stress disorder and it’s from my past, and I really don’t want to talk about my past because that’s what triggers it I take medication for it which helps. I also listen to music which also helps but sometimes I still have a breakthrough am I doing the right thing to help myself

    18:00 hmmm i suspect the risk is doubled for men post being a widower because its most often the women looking after the men - contributing to womens health issues when generally women would live longer.
