I have tried to play note for note what the drums are doing. As you can see I am reading my own transcription from my ipad. It isn't perfectly played but I played as close as I could until I got a decent enough take! This video should give anyone interested a good understanding of what Kevin Parker plays on the recording, both audibly and visually.

I was wondering if the hihat on the foot comes on beat 2 & 4 rather than what you do on 1 & 3, on the first (and last) part, it sounds like it on the album, what do you think?

Very nice! I'd recommend using a piece of ripped cardboard the size of 1 1/2 credit cards or a tea towel taped to the edge of the head. gets rid of the snare ring. That and the highest tuning of the snare possible gets the exact specs :)
