Thanks for the update! I have my muscle groups and exercises.Now I'm looking to make my weekly split template to fill up my calendar, but every time I make a template it doesn't save. Do I need to make a new workout rountie each day or can I make my splits templates saved already and just fill each day with my premade template. Im amusing I could but like every time I make a template under the" today, new" it doesn't save any tips?
Would be great to be able to track exercices by series. Many training involve changing weights between series (pyramidal training, etc..) and find a easy way to track this would be golden :)

How would you advise setting it up in my "Head Coach" database so that I can create different programs and assign them to specific clients Also, will the ultimate version allow me to create 12-week programs in advance for clients? I have lots of questions. And am extremely impressed with the sexy simplicity of what you created here!

Caution: this template seems to have been broken for like a year based on the comments section and op hasn't been responding at all. Get the free version if you like, but definitely don't pay for the full version.
The template has been updated and works differently from the video. It definitely needs a new video walkthrough, which is on me for the delay. If there are features that are not working, please let me know. I can't reply to all comments, but I do my best to respond to all customers via email support.
The new template creation is useless, Notion has bugs it does not save new workouts properly wasted a lot of time on this and it’s very very frustrating when the worn in not saved. Tired everything clearly cache, app reinstall Nothing works
For tracking your weight on each exercise, when you check the "Done" box, it checks the box for every date you have the template workout listed on your schedule. Example, I create a chest workout routine template. I add it to my schedule the 25th & 29th. I track my Bench press weight on the 25th, and check the "done" box so it goes into my history. When I click the workout for the 29th, it is connected with the same workout as the 25th and the "done" box is already checked. All the information I change from the 25th template is changing the 29th template & vice versa. How do you create a workout template where you can change the inputs and they don't effect each other? Thanks for the template btw, would love to use it if it works.
I've noticed the same issue, I was trying to track my workouts but when I put down on the calendar the workout I've done today, it changes the one I did three days ago. It seems impossible to unlink the two differents workouts, it changes them everytime!
You have to download it on a computer, when I first downloaded the temple on my tablet, the muscle group pictures weren't there. but when I downloaded on the computer it was there.
Hi there, there are two versions of the template, where the pro version is the one with the quick actions and navigation on the left. The main features are all still available in the free template.
Don't understand in this concept how to add something like: Leg Extensions: 15kg 15reps, 20kg 10reps, 25kg 5 reps Here he just add exercise itself and nothing more.
The previous template did only allowed for the same reps and weight for each exercise. I've updated it to support the example you mentioned. You can find the details in the pinned comment.

For some weird reason, the date doesn't auto update when I add entries to the Logbook. Any idea how to make it work?
The logbook requires a date property to show, meaning each set or each page you see in the logbook needs to be linked to a workout page.
I bought the templates, but I don't see the pictures of the muscle groups. How can I do?

Why are the quick actions missing?
For some reason I cant edit sets when I cant change the visibility of that property in the table
The main minus (for me) of this template is that I cannot add different weights during one exersize in different sets

Nice! Can you put and automatic timer for rest? So that whenever you finish a exercise the timer starts and you can rest
I'm not sure, but if I'm not mistaken, you can look for widgets and create links in your manager
You can actually embed a pomodoro timer on your template so that you will be able to set when you will stop and rest

Logbook does not update after you chance stats
You should see a checkbox property beside each set, where marking it as completed will show it in the Logbook view.
The worst template ever i am sorry, but this was so confusing to create!!
