I am not sure if you have had extended time going over both these concepts. A way I remember is behavior Cusps introduce new Contingencies (the letters C's help me remember) and pivotal behavior introduce no response classes and or repertoires. A broad definition of both but hope this helps a bit.
Hey there, hope you're well. I'm looking for a mock exam or mock exam event( if you're willing to have another one) preferably with explanations. I checked your website but only saw one from October of 22. Please let me know if you have another one available or if you will be having an event in the near future 😊 thanks for all you do!
Thanks for the video! So this info is just an extension of Behavior cusp? I don’t see this listed on the task list? Verbal operants are always tricky for me!
It’s one type of behavior cusp. It would fall under the verbal operants part of the task list! It’s kind of a hidden term but … who knows what they will ask! I’d rather you guys be familiar with anything you may see!
Hi Jessica! I wanted to know, Is bidirectional naming the same as symmetry? Or is the difference that bidirectional naming is only with tacts and LR’s and symmetry can be across text, tact, vocal production, etc? Thanks!
Hello Jessica, thanks for all the content you provide. I was wondering if you could do a small video on what would be things we could write on our white boards during the exam or how to best structure it. I think it's an often overlooked part of taking the exam. You have helped so many people and of course have passed the exam yourself so I figured you could add some insight. Thanks!
@@HopeEducationServices Yes I saw after the fact lol The white board is probably the most overrated part of the test and has little bearing on passing.
I love your videos there so helpful. Can you do a video on the difference between Behavior cusps and pivotal Behavior? Thank you.

Can you explain Joint control
That's a great topic., I'll add her to the list.

RIP beautiful soul! Forever grateful for your commitment and passion until your last day. 💖🫶🏻
Complex schedules of reinforcement! Glad you're better! Hope it's only going to get better from here!!
Thanks so much! That was actually the last video I did so check my video list ❤️

Bidirectional naming is 1 type of symmetry!
Kind of because a tact involves simple discrimination while listener behavior involves conditional discrimination
More ethics please!
Will do!

We actually go over that in my video test taking strategies-- there was four of us who passed the exam that gave our opinions!

@@Renejime9288 They give it to anyone testing for any test. lol we really don't need it for ours!
Jessica your videos are always so helpful and so easy to understand.
Thank you so much
