In some cases, It can be damaged but Hp is as weak as the mm . In my experience, I used to try Tigeral jungle In AI hard mode.Consequently, I defeated Mostly . My thought that It depends on Play technique and emblem level

Damage build Tigreal relies on penetration and lifesteal. Similar to Saber but with very long CC.
However, the disadvantage was that you can't close the gap between you and your opponent because Tigreal doesn't have any mobility other than his S2 which could probably push his enemies along with him if he tries to blink out of a gank.
