Yikes...hope I can still post on the channel 12 years from now. Mark, this is the best fitness channel on the web and hoooaw to your for you generosity! Unusual in this day and age! The instruction is incredibly thorough! Thank you for the inspiration!

    I love this combination of movements because it can be done as a continuous smooth circle where you catch and launch the Inside Circle from the bottom of the squat. It really gets a hypnotic flow at high reps and torches the lungs and quads.

    Glad I stumbled upon Wildman club videos. I started a year ago and these routines are phenomenal. These have helped me as much as my carnivore diet. At 67 I’ve got more energy, flexibility, mobility and strength than I had when following P90X in my 50s.

    Hey Mark! Love the videos. Have been learning a ton over the last year. I was wondering if you wouldn't mind giving us (me) a rundown on what your average day is like and what you typically eat during a busy day. Thank you for your time and the content.

      My diet changes a lot because I travel so much but when I’m in control of my diet, I eat about 10 eggs for breakfast and then meat and vegetables for dinner. My breakfast comes at about 11 to 12 noon after I’ve worked out and done half of my day already. Even with prices going up 10 eggs are on average cheaper than almost anything else you could have her breakfast even when you get a really good high quality ones. Meat and vegetables are cheap. Ironically, being healthy is cheaper now than almost any other form of eating when you do the math on it.

      @@MarkWildman not too different from mine then. Although I eat the odd bit of cheese and home made hummus as well (about once a month).

    This is something I have to remind myself, and appreciate it being mentioned in the videos occasionally, is that any exercise regime is a long term goal. Over the course of more than 5 years.
    I tend to get caught up in the mind set of "Why am I not getting any noticeable results?" after only a month or two.

    I bought my first set of kettlebells for my birthday in 2021. My birthday is coming up so this year I think I'll get myself a sledgehammer since I can't get clubs (really expensive shipping).

    I picked up a whole bunch of clubs and maces. I am very experienced with barbells, kettlebells, sandbags, and calisthenics. I have only been doing the Mace 360 and the Shield Cast with the clubs so far but I want to start adding a club exercise each week to work on. What are a couple fundamentals that you would recommend as must do (essentially equivalents of the RKC big 6 or whatever)

    Interesting exercise. Makes sense that it is beneficial as it is Primal. I wish you had demoed it in real time at the pace you would do that though.

    So if one were to run level one program with 16lbs for six workouts, does that person now go to level two with 16lbs, or does that person continue adding weight and doing six workouts in level one?

      Try making a “water blob” out of a Swiss Ball by filling it with some water. It shifts and fights against you. It’s a wrestling match. Just don’t forget some chlorine or bleach or the water *will* get nasty.

    I see to struggle with 2H circles, as if i get all bunched up or the path doesn’t keep in the same plane as it does with single arm

    • @MarkWildman
      @MarkWildman  Рік тому +1

      You probably aren’t rotating far enough. This is the first thing that we cover when we do live in person training. Many people are not rotating for 180° there for their bottom hand elbow pads therefore they feel bunched up.
