So you’re not alone! ❤ it’s the worst for me in the middle of the night (especially when I’m the only one up) But the dvok once in a summer 2!! I got the once in a summer 1 from last year and now this #2 and they are the best at coming up w collections! Amazing!! And I just opened up my jel and gel ggumi glow collection and I was so upset that it didn’t come w the packaging it shows in the picture?! Wth? It’s so nice to hear you talk openly about addiction and that I can share my recovery openly on your videos! Ohhh no, I totally felt your pain when you said your tired, bc you woke up a 5am with a panic attack, that is the worst. it is so scary!! And then it takes forever to try to calm yourself down enough to get some more sleep, but then by the time you are actually in a good sleep, IT's TIME TO GET UP ⏲️ 😢. Damn gurl, I know it is a struggle and I am sending you ALL THE GOOD VIBES, WISHES, COMFORT, AND LOVE, so you can hopefully feel better really soon and be able to overcome the anxiety next time before it turns into a full blown P.Attack!!!! And THANKYOU BTW, for continuing to bring us awsome content even while your having a hard time!! It is super dope and refreshing, when you said, you found your ppl!! It is definitely hard navigating life after relying on my DOC for so long. I remember I was TERRIFIED of going through detox/withdrawal, but then I was told, that was actually the easiest part. You know what I think it is…for myself anyways….is the fact I woke every every single day for about 10 years dope sick….which means I woke up with the worst anxiety and the worst stomach ache and just on my DEATH BED every single day….even though I’ve been clean for years I still wake up panicky and anxious it just doesn’t go away or it take a very long time for your body and brain to realize it can relax. But it usually goes away after waking up and starting my day…USUALLY. Detoxing is def. The easiest part even though it’s literal HELL on earth…but we all made it! We got this shit 💪🏼

You know what I think it is…for myself anyways….is the fact I woke every every single day for about 10 years dope sick….which means I woke up with the worst anxiety and the worst stomach ache and just on my DEATH BED every single day….even though I’ve been clean for years I still wake up panicky and anxious it just doesn’t go away or it take a very long time for your body and brain to realize it can relax. But it usually goes away after waking up and starting my day…USUALLY. Detoxing is def. The easiest part even though it’s literal HELL on earth…but we all made it! We got this shit 💪🏼
