Good video .. i couldnt find how long can the unit be on for .. low or highest setting?the timer is for how long it can run (24hours) or when it turns off? Thanks
Hi, thank you for your kind comment. The radiator can be left running continuously. If using the automatic shut off timer mode it can be set to a maximum duration of 24 hours; half hour increments to 10 hours and then 1 hour increments to 24 hours. I've now added that detail to the video description. You're welcome. Happy heating.
Thank you, you're very kind. The anti-feet squad boy paid a visit. Lol. The radiator works great, it is one of the more powerful portable oil filled radiators on the market so unless you have high heating requirements or could do with its adjustability a slightly smaller one may suffice. Happy heating.
Mine has two timer buttons.. the manual is a gibberish translation and i can't work it out... do you have any ideas how to use it, it's not a Delongi.. in the manual it says timer is the button on the left and appointment is the button on the right... what would appointment mean. Both buttons go from 0 to 24.. I feel this is really simple that i am missing somehow. But i can not work out how the double timer works.
You know UA-cam, it would have been nice if you had indicated somewhere, that this is a European model. I had a heck of a time trying to set it at #22, until I realized mine was using the Fahrenheit scale, not Celsius! I purchased it where I live, in N.Y.C.!
When the heater heats up to the set temperature - does it turn off? and keeps heating when the temperature drops? by how many degrees? or will it constantly keep the set temperature?
@@pamgreen5324 Thanks. Im looking to buy. Been using electric for ever but finally convinced they are junk. My room is roughly about 10x12 but with bedroom furniture on each sides. If it comes out from top does it still need to be placed center in a room? Does it need to have a lot of distance from a wall or furniture?
@@myothercarisadelorean8957 yes. I would recommend that you keep it away from the wall and by furniture, because it gets hot and toasty just like the regular radiators in people's houses.
It's easily the best oil filled radiator out there. It has excellent heat output and the best features for setting and timing You need to give it some time to heat up. Happy heating.
Hi, huge congrats! Keep the space well ventilated for the first few uses until the smell is gone. It's quite normal like that with most new conventional ovens and radiators. Happy heating.
Why does it have dangerous plastic that the castors attach to? Most oil-filled radiators like this have a full metal bar, so the hot metal fins don't touch any plastic, but this one from this big respected brand that everyone reviews highly, has plastic basically touching those hot metal fins. It's the leading cause of fires for these radiators, melting plastic plates that the castor wheels attach to catching fire, then the radiator tips over and spills oil onto the fire. There have been house fires caused by this. Why the plastic plates for the castor wheels?
Not sure if it's a language thing but your responses don't need 'bro'. Not appropriate. I have a feeling I'm getting a "bro" to this comment. And if you had spun that thing around in a circle one more time I was going to lose it. Sorry, not much I can say otherwise. Maybe just a thank you for making this only 18 minutes of drawn-out wasted time. At 16:27 you actually pointed to the unit and said "the display is there". I have no words.
You did everything but explain how hot it gets good job.
Useful thanks

Thank you for the response..i feel safer now and unit itself says 3 year and 1 year more extra warranty
17.56 mins is way tooooo long on a review. You need to be straight to the point. There is only a few mins on the review that was relevant.
The nice thing is that you can fold, unfold, then fold again the casters!
Great video . Thanks 👍🏾
Дякую.
The feet comments 😂 hillarious and the bro comments . Lmfao
I Salute you for the video, what's this heater like these days compared to others. You got any new recommendations

You are not reviewing the most important thing!! How well does it work to heat up the room?!!?
Hi bro, it works really well. The eco and regular modes, digital adjustment and timer make it a superb standalone oil filled radiator. Happy heating.
How can somebody clean the dust that's going to be getting in those holes on top?
How do you start it?
Jesus Christ 10 minutes of rotating the radiator 😂😂
Ikr, imagine how I must feel. Happy heating.
Wow how many times do you have to spend it around😴😭 but all in all thanks for the review😊
Me waiting 17 mins to hear if it actually heats up a big room well. Time wasted.
Как он сегодня?

Interesting. I wouldn't have expected that. Hopefully the video was of some usefulness to you. Congrats and happy heating.
Hello, it works just fine, keeps me nice & warm at night on a setting of 79 degrees. Thanks!
@@robertvanhoek9470 thank god you said that I got it in New York too 😎
It explains in the manual how you can switch it to farenheit.
Mine stoped working. What can i do?
Hi, contact De'Longhi customer support and they'll sort your issue out. Happy heating.
Right, so that was what it was. Please dont call me bro 😂 Important question; if its switched off at the wall does it retain heat settings
When the heater heats up to the set temperature - does it turn off? and keeps heating when the temperature drops? by how many degrees? or will it constantly keep the set temperature?
Hi, it will maintain the temperature to your setting. Happy heating.
Can I ask, do you know how the heat on this unit dispenses out? Does it come out from top or side? Both sides or just 1?
top.

How do you turn the unit OFF?? I have the same model and the instructions only say how to turn it on. Let me know - Thanks.
Hi, press the same button that you turn it on with. Happy heating.
About time you open the castor wheels!
Yes, faster, I try, I try. Happy heating.
Im trying to operate the damn thing but i turned it on and its cold as helll

Can u turn off the beep noise each time u click ?
Hi, no. Happy heating.
How to get rid of it's smell? I purchased mine today and it makes smell of heating material or maybe it's coating.
Hi, huge congrats! Keep the space well ventilated for the first few uses until the smell is gone. It's quite normal like that with most new conventional ovens and radiators. Happy heating.
Dude the first step is to turn it on and open ur window for 5 hours , the oil smell will be there for few hours and then it will be gone forever.
Würde der Ölradiator mein garten Haus warm machen es ist 3 Meter lang
Damn bro you should’ve saved the feet reveal vid for 5k subs! lol
I know right! I'm going to be revealing my feet in the next video. Lol

Mine have plastic braces that wheels hook to and heater does NOT get hot enough to melt the plastic.

Are these heaters dangerous?
My natural gas furnace decided to fuck me over and it’s cold as hell.
Hi bro, I hope you're keeping warm. Oil filled radiators are pretty common and safe just make sure you don't block the vents. Happy heating.
Does it make any noise when the thermostat turns the heating it on or off?
Hi, yes, the thermostat clicks softly. Happy heating.
Worst review I ever seen, but on the up side I now know how to turn it around..
Best review ever bro
Does it automatically shut off once it reaches temp?
Hi, the selected temperature will be maintained. The timer is for automatic timed switching off. Happy heating.
can you turn the volume off ?
Hi bro, there is no way the mute the beeping when operating the controls. Happy heating.
U better sell ice cream...
i have bought 12 bar delonghi in pakistan for 31000 pkr.
it is totally in effective.
A useless machine .
It is not able to heat even a small room.
When. You. Talk. Do. You. Assume. You. Are. Lecturing. Or. Reviewing.😀

I'll try bro, thanks for your support. Happy heating.
