Which of the following sentence is correct I know her already I know her way before I know her long before

The first option is grammatically correct. Options 2 and 3 are informal and not totally accurate.

You can also say - I know her.
      Already can be skipped .

What's the difference between the two sentences
I can tell John to call you. I'll be seeing him tomorrow.
I can tell John to call you. I'll see him tomorrow.

Both are correct but have different implications.
2nd one implies that you'll see John, but it will a brief, more like passing by thing. Like how you'd be sure that you'll certainly pass by a colleague in your office or a classmate in your classroom. So while passing by you'll leave the message.
However, 1st one signifies that you'll not only see John but intend to spend brief time with him, maybe have a little chat. By "see'ing'" you're emphasizing that this meet up would prolong a bit, regardless of time. But has more surety to it being longer than just "see" in the 2nd sentence.
