Me too! I feel bad for Dooku, he didn't seem like a bad guy at first. Plus he is right, the Republic is ridiculously corrupt, even the Jedi have fallen from grace.

Walking through this only highlights how crucial Dooku was to the Sith Plan. Neither Maul nor Vader were ever given the level of responsibility and trust that Sidious conferred on Dooku. Of all the apprentices, Dooku was by far the most capable and competent, and much closer to a peer to Sidious than the others. And, of course by implication, a huge threat. Dooku was never going to survive the Clone Wars if Sidious had anything to say about it.

Vader was given lots of responsibility not as much as Dooku got but more then Maul had yeah.

The only weakness of that theory is that Plagueis isn't dead, because episode 3 never happens the way we know it. So Palpatine is dead, but before killing Plagueis, and the jedi don't know of the last's existence, so there's noone to kill him. This means that Plagueis can just take another apprentice. Maybe the only chance to disappearing the sith, is basically that Plagueis will die of age. He will simply be too old to teach another student or finish one's training in the Dark side. On the other hand, he will probably not die, because he would have enough time to practice his midichlorian magic, so he will be able to keep himself alive. As we know he was opsessed with immortality. So he will be able to find and train another apprentice. But at this point that would be useless and unnecessary, because Plagueis himself will be the only greatest sith master. So in order for the sith to continue existence they won't need to teach students, because their dark lord will be immortal and their experience will be granted.
What if during the Second Battle of Geonosis, they took a completely different approach to the invasion instead of the one we saw on screen?
What if the Venator and Victory Class Star Destroyers were ready for the start of the clone wars and sent to Geonosis alongside the Acclamator?
What if Sideous's use of Sith Alchemy failed and he was unable to hide his true look through Ep I-III (basically crispy fried after his encounter with Windu).

Nice ideas! It could’ve been interesting if palpatine/Sidious had retreated with an intimate group of Sith, like a Sith council, and come up with a completely different plan to defeat the Jedi, and then there could be a fantastic battle featuring the true depth, and diversity of the Jedi consuls, sentinels and guardians, illustrating the brilliant heroism of the Jedi as they defend their temple and younglings, so canonical characters like Sin Drallig could be featured repelling the sith warriors, and saving the younglings, so Riva becomes a chancellor, and luke and Leia have a happier childhood etc. etc.

Wait The Republic didn’t consider Sith illegal at least is the prequels bc I think In the revenge of the Sith novelization or somewhere Palpatine was fighting Windu and Windu told him something ah I can’t remember it’s a a white since I saw the video but Palpatine said something ab him being a Sith wasn’t illegal I think idk it’s been a while since I’ve seen the video lol but still great video! So if Count Dooku betrays Emperor Palpatine and as well as as result of Emperor Palpatine's demise as well as Anakin is the chosen one he bought peace to The Republic as well as Count Dooku as he got what he wanted as Republic Palpatine's defeat before Palpatine's eventual return again and his new body because Count Dooku bought peace and justice for the Republic as he got what he wanted by helping the Jedi and then Palpatine would have to look for a new apprentices a stranger someone who is loyal to Palpatine after dark Maul's final death by the Jedi and then Anakin had the final blow with Palpatine and then Palpatine would have had the new Apprentice if it was revealed then Palpatine would have to get the second one would be a stranger someone who lost both parents because of the slavery by someone who enslaved both the entire population just sticking power is not Palpatine but and then has a grown-up dark side force-user we're trying to get revenge on the person who enslaves him and then he would run in the dark side of the force and try to get to attack Count Dooku Anakin and the rest of the Jedi and as trying to defend Palpatine and Darth Maul But ultimately Palpatine and Darth Maul both died by the Jedi and then the new Apprentice of Palpatine would have to retreat a killing his master as well as Palpatine wouldn't have dub Anakin Skywalker Darth Vader because Count Dooku is returned from The Darkside and being backed me the Jedi and resist the dark side and helping Obi-Wan Kenobi training Anakin and all the other Jedi as well as Obi-Wan Anakin Obi-Wan Kenobi and the Jedi are helping the Republic to help protect the Galaxy from like Emperor Palpatine two separate apprentices as well as Darth Maul and Palpatine's new Apprentice Darth Tyrannus in the what if Count Dooku would never join in the dark side and betray Palpatine.

I've got to strongly disagree. The ONLY reason the Republic won the Clone Wars was Palpatine holding the Seperatists back. The Seperatists had TRILLIONS of battle droids. Their victory was axiomatic. No amount of Jedi could compensate for the 1 million to 1 odds the GAR was up against.
The cis would have won the war on canon if palpatine didn't regulate it so heavily them loosing makes no sense

“Sith activity is illegal in the Republic” source? The sequels used New Republic laws. Not old Republic laws. After the Sith were destroyed at Rusaan, the Rusaan Reformations granted religious freedom in The Republic. By the time of the prequels, Sith worship was a religion. So no, being a Sith was entirely legal. That’s why Windu didn’t want to put Palpatine on trial. No one would beleice he was a Sith as to the larger galaxy, they were a myth.
The CIS would still have won ,it was palpatine that held them back so the clones would win.
Didn't the cis army greatly outnumber the clones?
