Best Burgers Manila: Raging Bull Burgers Shangri-La at the Fort | Mighty Beast | Raging Wagyu Burger. Raging Bull Burgers is regarded as being one of the best burger joints in Manila and has been raging since 2017. Today we check out their original branch at Shangri-La at the Fort but they have also opened a new branch at the Assembly Grounds at the Rise in Makati.
There is nothing more intoxicating than the rich smell of charcoal grilled beef which is what you will be greeted with once you enter this tiny casual dining burger joint. They have a simple menu of 6
Burgers that are Flavor-forward with a painstaking determination to make the best-tasting burgers in town. Their burger patties are made from choice cuts of Angus brisket, rump and Wagyu, and marinated in an original seasoning mix. The meat to fat percentage of the burgers served are 70/30 which is the ideal ratio to have a juicy, delicious and moist patty. They are charcoal grilled and accompanied with fresh, locally sourced produce and a special secret sauce created
in-house.
Another important component is the bread, they use Scottish bread baps, the small breakfast roll from Scotland. These soft, vaguely sweet and golden-yellow buns are scrumptious!
The perfect burger should be juicy, full of flavor, with a little kick and must have a nice crusty bun. Lovely and fresh produce is essential-the slices of sweet tomatoes should be perfectly cut, topped with crisp lettuce and a special sauce to go with it. The meat must be of the best quality and integrity. Highly recommended are the Mighty Beast and Raging Wagyu Burgers with Thick Cut Fries.

That looks good but I prefer a smash style burger with a lot of crisp searing of the meat 🍔 The Filling Station in Makati is probably my favorite burger in Manila⛽
