As the other commenter said, yes it's for the shaman legendary, but it also keeps it in line with Minions and Weapons and Heroes who all have their Health/Durability on the right side corner. It's weird but honestly I'm kinda for it.
I don't like Signature Spells With minions, you have all the time in the rope to see what it does With spells, you either know the signature, and maybe sometimes read it on the timeline on the left
Why did they move the durability of a location? It looks so weird
I’m assuming due to the new shaman legendary with the Spellburst Location. More visually apparent that the spellburst is up or not.
Maybe they also want to add locations with attack
Could be a bug, some creators I was watching had other issues during the theory streams

Chat as an FYI: Location durability was moved so they can add things like Spellburst and other keywords in the future! Otherwise, they would overlap.
