I got a small piece of 2x4 that’s soaking right now. I’m gonna enclose it in glass and allow my couple month old colony to create natural chambers in it when her second batch of workers arrive. Should be pretty cool to film and make a sped up video of. Also give me an insight of chamber preferences for future nest builds.
Cool, just watch out for mould as soaking could cause it.
