I like that new rod, it look so light and sensitive, the backbone is holding it's own having less material.
I like it too. Very impressed with the quality for the price. And yeah I expect more people out there as we go into September and October. Usually the water is cleaner this time of year too.

It’s subjective to what fish you are targeting if you are targeting reds from the end of the jetty 10lb is ultra light. If you are targeting reds in the marsh or from a boat. 10lb is not ultralight
